My Sonos arc seems to go into mute and out randomly. It’s usually only for a minute or so but very annoying. And we’ve also had the volume go into full blast without any interference.
Any tips?

Have you already tried unplugging all Sonos devices and the HDMI cable from the tv, then rebooting the router. When the router comes back up, plug back in the Sonos devices.
Also, can check the volume limit on Sonos players it might be activated?
