Hi!I am getting my Arc Ultra replaced due to some issues.RMA process was created and I got the email to proceed with the replacement process.Yet, for the last week it’s been impossible to proceed with the advance replacement as there is an issue with the Sonos website, that makes it impossible to fill in the CC data.Both the CC number and CVV number fields are inactive, no matter how I try to select them to fill in the information, they cannot be deleted.Already contacted Sonos, that abkownledges the problem, but the only update is that they are trying to solve it.In the meantime, the whole replacement process is halted. Anyone having the same issue?

I have a Sony Bravia TV and Sonos Playbar and having persistent and very annoying lip sync Issues. Can anyone detail the settings I need to be using? Thanks

I have a Sonos beam and a Samsung Smart TV that’s a few years old. I spent probably ten hours and came minutes away from buying a new TV before I resolved this issue but I fixed it. Issue was that the HDMI ARC port said it was not recognised and TV would default to TV Speakers. Would work sometimes then not. I FINALLY looked into the cable box I was using (in my case Telus TV) and there is a common issue with the HDMI ARC when you have a cable box and other devices connected to the same TV and the sound bar is on HDMI ARC. There is a CEC prong in the HDMI cable to the cable box (or perhaps game console, whatever)  (I forget which pin but google it) that causes ALL these issues. You can either 1) try and remove or block this pin or 2) what I did is I bought a $20 CEC Less HDMI adapter and connected it between my cable box and regular HDMI port. Boom problem solved. I have never posted in a community before but I spent HOURS & HOURS on this issue and almost bought a new TV so I hope

Hello, i’m using Sonos arc and Sub gen 3 with LG oled CX, and there is difference in volume level between youtube app in lg webos to iphone/macbook in Deezer app or youtube app.what can it be? Thanks for your support. 

Excuse my ignorance as I’m a complete newbie to Sonos!! I have recently purchased the following components for my living room system:Arc Ultra 2 x Era 300 Sub 4I currently have the Arc Ultra in the centre, with both Era 300s beside it as my living room isn’t really set up to have rear speakers (photo below for reference).When setting up in the Sonos app, it doesn’t seem to let me add the Era 300s to the same “room” as the Arc Ultra unless I add the Era 300s as surround speakers. I currently have the Arc Ultra in “Living Room”, and the Era 300s (as a stereo pair) with the Sub 4 in “Living Room 2”.This is proving problematic because as a default, when I use my TV remote to adjust the volume it only controls the Arc Ultra, and I then have to use the app to adjust the volume of the Era 300s.What is the best way to set up my system? Should I be setting up the Era 300s as surround speakers and finding a suitable position for them, or is there a way to have them in their current position but

I have an Arc Ultra 2, 2 ERA300s and the new Sub4. i have the arc connected to my TV (Arc port) I connected the Sub and the ERA300s to my Arc as surround/sub.The sub drops out every 20-30 seconds, and the era 300’s randomly disconnect.  Sometimes one, sometimes the other, sometimes both, sometimes the surrounds and the sub all together. The only consistent product is the Arc Ultra 2. It’s not a duplicate IP issue (This response is ludicrous)I don’t get drops in streaming services in any other device on my network. My network works very well.   I see so many posts about this issue and no one seems to have resolved it. This is extremely frustrating. 

Hello,I have an L9 C9 tv connected via eARC HDMI to a Sonos Beam, which is paired with two Play:3s.The sound keeps cutting out randomly for several seconds. I’ve disconnected the tv and Beam from power for several minutes, removed all other HDMI cables, tried different HDMI cables (all are 2.1), changed settings on the TV and connected devices (PS5, FireStick, and Virgin Media 360). Please help! Hello everyone,I have this problem. I have an Arc, Sub 3 and 2 Era 300. sometimes it happens that when I turn off the TV in the evening, in the morning on both the ARC and Era 300 the green gray light is on and the system is on mute. This happens irregularly, so I don't know what the cause is. Sonos Arc is connected to the TV via HDMI, in addition, I have a TV set-top box, Apple TV and a Blu-ray player connected via HDMI. Hi,I've got a question about my Sonos Arc Ultra. I've noticed that when I turn off my TV at 11:00 pm, for example, my Arc Ultra is warm in the marked area in the morning. Is this normal? I ask because I understand that when I use my soundbar, it can be warm too. But when my TV is off and I don't play any music, should it stay cool? Thanks in advance for your help.   

Hi, following a broadband problem, I have reconnected my Sony soundbar to my Samsung TV. However, my remote control will only turn the volume up, not down. I can only turn it down from my Sonos App. Any suggestions as to how I can restore the sound control please?

Hi there,I’ve got a Sonos Amp connected to a computer. I use it more like a line-in and less like a TV. Ok, it’s almost completely unlike a TV, in fact. :)It’d be nice to treat this more like a line-in:Specify an auto-play volume level. Allow playback to other speakers while using the Amp to play something different. (naturally, some added delay is expected here, similar to the “Group Delay” which exists today.) Rename the input to something other than “TV” (this has been brought up a handful of times over the years) This one seems like it’d be an easy addition and would make the whole experience a lot less confusing.Naturally, I would not like the analog line-in feature of added latency***. 😉 I understand this is an atypical use-case for Sonos speakers, but wanted to bring it up anyway to see what others thought. (***) On the topic of latency, what’s the expected added latency for HDMI audio input? It’s low enough to be totally fine in isolation, but if I use the speakers powered by

I have read a lot of threads on here, but I have yet to see anyone with the Sonos in-wall fronts with In-ceiling 8 inch speakers. How would one compare the sound stage and depth between the two set ups. I really want to use the two in wall speakers as fronts due to aesthetics as well as the fact that I have a mental block telling me the in-walls will last much longer than a soundbar. However, everywhere I read, says the arc ultra is incredible. My question I guess is how much of a compromise is it to go with in-walls in front vs arc ultra? The system would be mixed use, as my living room is open floorplan and is really the only space in my house to entertain aside from the backyard. I want a great cinematic experience but even better music experience. I don’t want to invest in the wrong speakers and deal with headaches. Please help. 

Hi all, for several weeks now, when I attempt to group some Sonos speakers located in other rooms with the Beam soundbar that is playing TV audio, the group does not remain fixed, and the speakers are immediately separated. It always worked but now it does not. (Ungroup on auto play is turned off).Anybody has any clue? Thank you

I have replaced an Arc with an Arc Ultra, attached via e-Arc to my Samsung QE55QN90B. They are associated with 2 Era 300s and a Gen 1 Sub.When playing from my NAS, ( Ethernet connected Jellyfin source), I get a short drop in audio every minute / couple of minutes. Only lasts a second.   Sources from Atmos, to 5.1 to Stereo all experience it.As it all worked fine with the Arc, I’m assuming it is related to the Arc Ultra Any thoughts on cause / resolution ?   

Dear sonosI wanted to touch base and share my experience with the new Sonos system that I recently upgraded to. After reading several positive reviews, I was excited to upgrade my 15-year-old Sony home theatre system to the Sonos system for $5000, which was three times the amount of my old system.However, I have to admit that I am disappointed with the sound quality. While playing music is great and I love it, watching a movie is a different story. The Arc Ultra sub 4 and two 300 era speakers are supposed to provide amazing sound, but in reality, the Arc Ultra is just a mono speaker with no adjustment for left and right channels. This results in an overwhelming center sound, making the overall home theatre experience disappointing.Moreover, I don't have the option to adjust the volume on the left and right channels, which I feel is missing from the package. The system needs more sound from these channels to truly wow me.I wanted to share my honest opinion with you as someone who values

Can anyone tell me why Sonos support refuses to support their product? I’ve had issues with the Sonos arc sound bar since the day I bought it. Vendor I purchased it through directed me to go through Sonos support, but they refused to support their own product. The arc sound bar refuses to maintain a network connection, I’m at a loss because now it won’t even factory reset so it’s a very large paperweight at this point

I just recently upgraded to the LG C5 and my soundbar works fine but I can’t seem to get my subwoofer working properly. It’s in the same room and nothing has changed. Has anyone else had this issue?

Greetings! I’m experiencing a lack of audio in my home theater system, which includes the Arc, Sub, and two Ones for surround sound. I use a Sony 4K vol-wv295es projector, Apple TV 4K, and either a AV matrix or an HDFury Arcana to split video and audio. This setup used to work extraordinarily well. Now, however, I get no audio on the Sonos Arc no matter what I do. All equipment firmware is up-to-date, all HDMI cables are compatible. The Arc works fine when it comes to streaming music, and the Apple TV 4K can stream audio to an Apple AirPods Max Pro.Any suggestions to get the audio working?

This is my third question. I divided them up since they are for different issues.When I pick Dolby Atmos on the PS5 (Pro) sound settings, then volume levels in games don’t seem right. In god of war ragnarok Mimirs voice is too quiet, and Atreus voice is too loud. Boss battle effects are also super loud. In tekken 8 the commentators voice is too quiet. However If I change to LPCM, then the volume levels are much more even, and what I would expect. It’s one thing for some effects to be so loud, but it doesn’t make sense for character voices to have different db levels.I am wondering if this has anything to do with the Arc Ultra, or if other Dolby Atmos soundbars will have the exact same issue to the same extent? Does the Arc Ultra highlight the issue more than say a Samsung soundbar? With the TV speakers it’s not that noticeable. It’s an LG C4 so it supports Dolby Atmos, but obviously it also has much less capable speakers.

Hi, I’m looking for some help.  I’ve just purchased a Sonos Arc Ultra and find the bass a little low.  I don’t seem to have the ability to amend the bass in the EQ settings as everything is greyed out (see attached).   I’ve tried turning off TruePlay to no avail.  Can anyone help?

What is the technical limitation that keeps the ARC Ultra from being paired with two sub minis? 

Hi all, I am not sure what I am missing. My playbar is connected to my Samsung TV via optical cable. I have already setup my remote on the app and it works perfectly when using the TV either with air/cable tv or other apps like Netflix or whatever… BUT if I change the input for the TV to be an HDMI (as for my Playstation 5) the remote wont change the volume (and the little indicator light won’t work either) it is only if I open any other tv app or air/cable that the remote will work ok again… is this normal or am I missing some configuration or something??
