My sonos arc doesn’t produce sound when I turn on my setup of epson projector connecting sonos through an audio extractor automatically. It works sometimes when I turn off sonos completely from power and turn back on and setup again through firestick but sometimes that doesn’t work either. Looking for suggestions on how to fix this. Please advice. Thanks.

What’s your TV model? How are you connecting your devices? Make sure to adjust the TV audio setting to Passthrough.
