i have the sonos arc and i put in a home theater setup. i have no idea where to put the sonos arc because there’s cabinetry behind it that is not perfectly symmetrical. where would you put the sonos arc in this setup? is there a way to hang it from the ceiling? can i place it on the cabinets but off center? the seating is on the left already.

There’s really no logical place for the Arc. I believe you would be the first to design a ceiling mount for the Arc as none exist to my knowledge.

You would have been better advised to use a smaller screen width and place traditional floor or bookshelf speakers flanking the it powered by a Sonos Amp. However you’d still have to deal with a HDMI cable running between the projector and Sonos Amp.

Sonos really isn’t designed for projector use. Although some seem to be OK with running a cable between the projector and a Sonos soundbar or Amp.

Maybe someone else will have an idea that works 🤔

I’m also not keen on using a SONOS soundbar here. For the aspect ratio shown here you don’t need to fully extend the screen. You could place a soundbar below the screen. However, this is not acoustically great and the soundbar would be subject to foot traffic.

If you can find a demo, I think you’ll be surprised how well these invisible speakers could work in the ceiling or side walls.

If the screen is acoustically transparent you could swap the Arc for an Amp and a pair of conventional speakers. Place them in the top cabinets or probably better (avoiding the screen's roller) rework the lower doors to allow a speaker to be placed in two of them.
