I recently purchased a stereo pair of Fives, and a couple months back a stereo pair of Era 100s. I first noticed the issue on the Fives that Trueplay had turned off (not by me and I am the only one using the app, etc) and the EQ settings had gone to 0 and loudness off also. Then I noticed this was also happening on the Era 100s., but no other speakers throughout the house, and there are a few. At a suggestion by someone on reddit, I factory reset the Fives and set everything back up again yesterday (set the two as stereo pair, performed trueplay, set the eq and turned loudness on). Today, the same issue occurred. Trueplay was off, EQ back to 0, and loudness off. WTH!? Kind of annoying. Is anyone else having this issue?, because to me it seems like an issue with the app,. and I really, really hope not a hardware issue since, of course, I dropped a good buck for these speakers.
Is anyone else having an issue with the SiriusXM not showing up as an available service within the Sonos app? I have IPhone 16 and all apps/iOS are updated. I have also noticed that others services like “I Heart” and “Pandora” aren’t on there either. Not really caring about those, but would like to be able to not have to AirPlay it.
I’m reaching out for some clarification on the recommended network setup for our Sonos system, as we’ve been experiencing some stability issues and want to make sure we’re configuring everything correctly. Our setup:• 15 speakers across 3 floors (~1,500 sqm)• Mix of Play:1 and Sonos One• UniFi network with RSTP enabled (we do not want to turn this off just because Sonos only works with STP) We’ve tested a few configurations and are seeing conflicting results: 1. All speakers wired (Wi-Fi disabled)• This caused STP loops on our switches• We’re unsure if Wi-Fi is truly disabled, or if speakers are still communicating via SonosNet in the background 2. One speaker wired, rest on Wi-Fi• This resulted in frequent dropouts• We currently do not run a 2.4GHz network, only 5GHz+ 3. All speakers on Wi-Fi (split system by floor)• This has been the most stable so far, though only tested for a few days Given the above, could you please advise:• Do you recommend wiring all speakers in a setup like ou
Moderator Note: Translation by Google Translate- Hello,For several weeks now, the Sonos app has become unusable. My two Symfonisk products, a Floor Lamp and a Shelf, are constantly disconnecting, and I have to reconfigure them in the app almost every day.I set them up over a year ago and never had any problems. My Wi-Fi configuration hasn't changed, and I've tried restarting my router without success. As it stands, my two products are
.: Hello, I have a Sonos Arc soundbar and 2 Sonos One SL speakers in my living room. They can receive sound from my OLED flatscreen tv. I’ve had the One SL speakers for >1 year, and have never had a problem with them until now. Simply put, they will not broadcast any sound. I’ve tried all the “solutions” found on various Sonos Help Pages, and nothing has worked, I have rebooted my router, I have unplugged and plugged in each SL speakers, and I have deleted the speakers from my Sonos App and then reintroduced them, complete with having to walk around my living room, moving my arm up and down, as the speakers played the repeating pulsing sound until the growing circular line on the app was complete. The SL speakers were working and wereloud during the setup with that repeating pulsing sound, but haven’t made any noise since. On the app page that shows my “rooms,” there are three llisted: Living Room (TV), Living Room (Line In - Audio Component,) and Pro-Ject Turntable (No Content. See
Good afternoon. I’m trying to ad a radio.co (.co, not .com) station to the sonos system without any luck. The streaming address is https://s4.radio.co/s7e7b6c165/listen On Macos, I add it trough “Manage > Add Radio Station” . There is no feedback from the interface on submit, and the station is nowhere to be found. How to fix this? Thank you.
With the latest update I was pleasantly surprised that my stereo pairs had individual set for each speaker. When I hit the volume bar a second set of bars appeared that provided the ability to set the each member of the pair. It’s now gone. What happened and how do I get this function back? Thanks.

My Samsung S8 is Android 9 so should perform basic tasks. When I touch the bluetooth button at the back I no longer have a chime.I cannot play from my external CD player using the InLine adaptor.Any advice is much appreciated. Thanks all,Andrew
Since updating my Macbook Air to Tahoe [now at 26.3.1] the SONOS app fails to find SONOS on my local network until i open System Setting>Privacy & Security>Local Network and then turn the SONOS app setting off and back on. This situation as occurred in with past updates and was eventually patched, but this time it seems to be taking a long time. Any suggestions for something I’m missing on my end?
Is there a glitch in the app that is causing all my speakers to be set based on one speakers volume level- I do not have them paired . Also when I open the app it takes minutes for the speakers to appear.
Anyone else finding their products dropping in and out since March 31st update? Our play:1's have been intermittent all weekend and today- 6th April, all products refuse to play any streaming services including BBC sounds and Spotify.I have tried a full system restart of both my hub and sonos products, but no dice.Anyone able to shed any light on this that doesn't involve me resetting/re-adding products etc. ive spent 3 hours on this today already.
I’ve had my Sonos units for some time - in those years I’ve had to go through the whole reboot router, system and all speakers maybe 3 or 4 times, which is a pain as I have them mounted near the ceiling in my warehouse, which means moving the ladder around and climbing up and down, holding some combination of controls, unplugging/plugging, etc. Today I opened the Sonos app on my Mac, and it can’t find any of my speakers - I’ve updated the app, no joy - The speakers are all present in my airplay selector, so maybe that's the best to use them. But I just discovered that the Sonos web interface has all my speakers and favorites and works great - but not the app (again) - which tells me that they are all working, and everything necessary to operate them exists somewhere. Why is this so hard? It’s the main reason I steer friends away from Sonos -
My controls on my Sonos app is not working. I cannot hit the Play button on any of my speakers to play music. I updated my app and Sonos app on my computer. The only speaker to come back is Move. The other 9, the Play button is grayed out, unable to play anything. Do I need to go to each speaker and unplug & plug back in to reset them?
Sonos Components: - Sonos Amp (with 2 wired Bose Speakers as rears) - Sonos One Speakers (x2) (as fronts)Ecosystem: - DJ Mixer (hosts 2 turntables with 6 aux RCA inputs) - Aurzen Roku TV Projector (with HDMI ARC port and 3.5 RCA output + Wireless options with Roku audio products + Bluetooth) - HDMI input Switch (Sony PS5, Nintendo Switch, Old VCR)Disclaimer: I’m not necessarily looking for some crazy high tech solution here like Dolby Atmos so please bear that in mind, although I may be open to it. I’ve put the questions I’m looking for answers on in bold.Hello,I’ve been using the Sonos Amp with a couple of satellite Sonos Ones for years, primarily for the purpose of playing vinyl. Additionally, I’ve historically had a Roku/TCL television hooked up to my Sonos Amp via HDMI ARC. Easy peasy. However, recently bought a house with this amazing room for all of my vinyl. I decided to ditch the TV for the Roku Projector, and have it mounted from my ceiling facing a wall with a
After the latest update i can no longer change the time for an alarm or set up a new alarm. All on a Samsung phone. The keyboard disappears before I can type any numbers. Don't people test these updates before they are rolled out?
Hi All, "I upgraded from the Sonos Beam 2 to the Sonos Arc Ultra. I noticed that the sound coming directly from the soundbar is flat. When paired with the subwoofer, the bass is actually worse than it was with the Beam 2. It seems like the crossover is poorly calibrated out of the box. There is too big of a gap between the soundbar and the sub. With the Beam, everything was much more balanced. For such an expensive setup, the sound quality is not satisfactory. Perhaps Sonos should update the firmware."
I have had a Beam with Ones in a stereo pair working rock solid for a few years. I also have a Five and a Move 2 and have had no issues at all. I’ve just added 2x Era 100s and a Sub mini to my setup. The Era 100s are in a stereo pair with the sub in one room (my office)At least once a day, the stereo pair drops/breaks down, with music just coming from one Era 100. The only way i can get it back together is to power cycle the speakers. I use the Sonos app mainly to play music but occasionally use Airplay and my Connect+Turntable. I’ve not noticed any cause+effect with the chosen source and stereo pair drops. My office has the router located in it, so the wifi signal is full strength. I have no other issues with my network or speakers.Any ideas why this is happening and how i resolve it please?
Greetings i recently bought 2 era 300 to place them as surrounds, replacing my old one Sl's. The room is wide but there is an obstacle a pillar in left side of the room. I tried to draw the room. is placing the era behind the pillar on the marked yellow spot will reduce it's effect. And changing angel of it will help or it is a complete dead spot.any other options of mounting on wall that can help ?Thank you
Just bought the Sonos ace headphones and I have to have the volume set at 100 to hear it tidy. Done all the trouble shooting and updates but still the same. ????
Gibt es eine Fernbedienung für Sonos?

Hello everyone, I’ve recently set up a new Sonos home theater system and I’m experiencing some issues that I’m hoping to get help with. My setup:Sonos Beam (Gen 2) connected to a Samsung OLED S95C via HDMI eARC Beam is also connected to the router via Ethernet (CAT 8) where my Download speed is 115mbps & Upload is 23mbps 2 × Sonos Era 100 configured as surround speakers Sonos Sub Mini Additional 2 × Era 100 configured as a stereo pair placed to the left and right of the soundbarIssues I’m facing:I’m experiencing intermittent audio dropouts, mainly from the soundbar (Beam), where the sound cuts out for about half a second. The issue occurs only with TV audio (apps, TV channels, and console connected to the TV). When playing music directly from the Sonos app, everything works perfectly with no dropouts. The issue becomes more noticeable when watching Dolby Atmos content.Additional behavior:When I activate (group) the stereo pair (Era 100s on the left and right of the soundbar) while
I upgraded my Internet speed all five, but then they send me a new router.I haven't been able to install my beam 2.I tied reset reinstall the appWhen it chines it says it doesn't recognise it.There is NO sticker on the back/ base they're never was.Purchased 2-3 ago from reputable dealer..I swapped back to old router,TV etc all fine just beam won't install.I spent hours going crazy and getting frustrated..I still have the box etc but they're was no code that they tell you to put in if Chinese won't work. I was probably an idiot uninstall the app as settings are grey with only add new speaker or join system.I tried with the router it used to work with but no says can't find beam on that IP.Anybody thoughts thanks Richard.
Can SONOS create the ability to create a playlist and add songs? Like Spotify, etc. Or is that an option I don't know about?
