I would like to listen to Music from Spiritune, a third party music streaming service, through my Sonos system. So far, it seems to not be supported by Sonos. It would be nice if support for the service could be added to the app.
He cambiado de compañia de telefono, he cambiado el wifi. Ahora no se me conecta la barra beam. He probado de todas las maneras posibles que se. Ahora no puedo poner musica con el movil tampoco. Gracias
I have an analog turntable, without a built-in preamp, currently connected to analog speakers. I would like to connect it to our Sonos network. At the moment, we have three Sonos speakers without a line-in (I believe they are Sonos Play). What do I need to connect everything? Thanks in advance! The photos are of the turntable (hopefully to clarify)…
I currently have a Sonos system consisting of Arc, Gen 3 Bass, and (2) ERA 300 speakers. I am interested in up grading the Arc to a Arc Ultra. The problem I have is the horror stories of individuals that have done this is people had to do factory resets on the other speakers and True Play sound calibration does not work. This is beyond my abilities. I talked to Best Buy and basically told me there are no guaranties this is going to work. What I'm afraid of is to buy the upgrade and end up with a system that does not work, even putting the original back in place. I even want the the ACE headphones added during this process. I have no problem paying someone to do the work, but finding someone that will guaranty it will work is impossible. Any idea of what I can do to guaranty the upgrade and have peace of mind. I live inn Middletown Delaware 19709.
Trying to manage content services but it is giving me a message that I have to sign in as the system owner. I am signed in. I am confused.
We’d had our Sonos network installed in this house for over 8 years without any problems. One of our devices is not compatible with the S2 upgrade so we left everything running on the Sonos S1 version without any problems. A few months ago I upgraded two of our phones, 1 iphone is connected perfectly fine, the other refuses to connect to the sonos network. We’ve uninstalled / re-installed the app several times, checked the WiFi config to triple check the Sonos and iphone are on the same network, checked permissions, etc. The Sonos network itself is used daily and has never faltered. After (re)installing we:see the 3 picture / intro screens Choose connect to an existing network the app reports it can’t find the network and we get to the “push the button” screen we don’t have a device with the first “infinity” button, so go to the next screen I press the play/pause and volume up on a device, the light starts slow flashing amber and nothing… eventually the Sonos times out and goes back
I have the new Sonos app installed on my Android phone. Until the most recent updates, it seemed to be improving from its disastrous initial release.Since the last couple of updates however, there appears to be a new bug. Under the category "Your Services" I can no longer click on the links to "View all" for any of the music services that my Sonos app is connected to without the app crashing. Is this a known issue? Would be great if it could be addressed and corrected.Thank you.
I have two Sonos systems at my work.1 x Sonos 5 1st gen upstairs working off the Sonos 1 app and then 2 x Play 1 speakers (second gen) downstairs working off Sonos 2 app. They are both not working correctly. They start up in the morning but then stop/drop off the network?
Hi there, I am looking at purchasing a BenQ W1800 projector for a little cinema project in my storage unit. I currently have 2 x Sonos Era 300 and a Sonos Arc Ultra, and a Panasonic Blu Ray player. My question is, what is the best way of setting this up? The projector will be ceiling mounted some distance from the screen, and Sonos Arc Ultra, so I am wondering how best to connect it all up. I am aware HDMI cables only work up to a relatively short distance? Therefore, how would you recommend connecting the Sonos Arc Ultra to the projector, and would it need a HD Fury or something similar to convert the audio signal to eARC? Or is it easier to look at doing it via an AVR? Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!

Hello! I am going to have a party and wants to have some speakers in my garden. If I rent a couple of Soundboks would it be possible to connect them to a Sonos Port? How would I solve it? with cables or wireless?
Just noticed the latest release of UniFi Network Application 9.2 has a few Sonos devices in the release notes, Does this means that UniFi development and/or QA have Sonos devices on their networks?Second image down, DHCP manager:https://community.ui.com/releases/UniFi-Network-Application-9-2-87/81a6a594-e925-4100-b1d7-351d2b91a7fd
Hi, I moved to a new place last year, a two-storey apartment. Since then (and maybe also linked to the big Sonos update), I’m experiencing quite some issues with my Sonos installation. It got so bad that I thought I’d buy two additional Era 100 speakers to replace my Play:1 and a One SL, but in fact this doesn’t have seemed to make a difference (so meanwhile I just added them as extra speakers - but that wasn't the intention of course). The issues I’m experiencing: Sonos App performing badly (devices randomly not showing up, speakers working but some not allowing to manage the volume, songs playing 10-15 seconds after having selected them, sometimes the app just keeps loading the devices infinitely without showing any, ...) Speakers marked as “offline” while they are online “Can’t connect to Sonos” when opening the app Grouping the audio from the TV on the Playbar with other speakers is more or less impossible, the sound is stuttered 100% of the time, making it very unpleasant to listen
When switching between the cover photo and the playlist, every time I switch between them, I have to go seeking the song in the list, which is a pain in the butt….why don’t they fix this…..its the one thing they have left out that I loved…..I hate tweaking a playlist in a party or with company and having to scroll through trying to find the song I’m looking for, It always defaults back to the beginningI see no workaround….any one else?
I have a wired system connected to a tuner and CD player and turntable. I want to slowly migrate to Sonos to add wireless speakers. It looks like I can take the L&R speaker output cables from the tuner and connect them to the port to get the signal on the air. Is that correct?
TrueCinema is missing in the app. I've succesfully updated the Beam(gen2) and the Ace but I still missing the TrueCinema item on TV Swap menu.
I am so angry that you are forcing your customers to update the app on app load… WTF man!!!! (Even when I have selected the no automatic updates on the app) I am perfectly happy with how it is running before and I don’t trust your updates. I DO WANT ANY MORE OF YOUR F@@KEN UPDATES!!! Leave me be! With you latest update (which sounds exactly the same) I now have my sound cutting out after I pause my tv… after 3 mins of re-setting the volume it comes back. It happened after the last update you did - hence why I selected no automatic updates on the app. So now I have to go back and re-set every 14 of my speakers so it reads the app again. Just wow!!
Hello everyone.I have a setup consisting of the following: Sonos Arc UltraSonos Sub Mini2x Sonos Era 100LG OLED C4DUNE HD Pro 8K PlusXbox Series XPS5 Pro All system components are updated to the latest software version.About a month ago, I noticed a strange sound. It’s very similar to a signal interference noise that lasts for about a second or less on the Arc Ultra. It can occur once every 30 minutes, sometimes once an hour. There's no pattern to when it happens. It’s like a static beep lasting a second or less. It’s not heard on any of the other system components. All devices have been stationary — nothing was moved or touched. There’s no visible damage to any of the devices. When watching movies or series, if I hear this sound and rewind to the same moment, the sound isn’t there anymore. This sound also occurs when I turn off the TV, after a few minutes of turning off the sound may also occur. Up to 10 minutes after turning off the sound may appear. This means the issue isn’t with th
I can’t play different music on different speakers. Have two I-pads and whatever selection I make on one I-Pad effects the app running on the second I-Pad. Went round and round with suppport chat and got no answers. On either I-pad I can’t control other speakers independent of the first selection running. On the desktop app can control speakers independent of that is happening on app. What am I doing wrong?
Hello, I searched but couldn't get exact clarification on this specifically. I have two DVC Episode 8ohm Rock speakers at a new home were moving to. I have 1 AMP and know that the minimum impedance it can handle is 4ohm. To maximize the DVC speakers safely with the AMP, what would be the best wiring scenario. Two wires are red/black and two are green/white connected to each speaker. Thanks!

I have an existing home theater system ( Sonos arc sound bar along with my Sonos 5 as surround sound. I want to increase the punch on my sound. Can I integrate the Sonos amp to my system and so how will I connect it correctly??
I have a samsung s90d oled with nintendo switch 2 and ps5 pro connected to sonos beam gen 2, 2 play ones, and gen 3 sub. When I connect my ps5 with surround sound and enable linear pcm on ps5, I only get linear stereo on my sonos app. When I select atmos I get full surround and atmos on app. Whether in game or in settings menu.On my nintendo switch 2 I get linear pcm 5.1 on the app while playing in game. In audio settings menu and audio output test the switch doesn't detect it 5.1. It says i have stereo, but when i play test tones it plays sound through all 5.1 channels but app and switch show stereo pcm during this. I have earc on, auto mode and pass through selected on my TV, as well as hdmi-cec on. I do use nice quality hdmi cables. I've power cycled and unplugged replugged it all. I have read sonos may not get along well with some samsung tv, is that my issue? Thank you for any help
unable to find Ibiza live radio on sonos app you can’t add the URL into TuneIn Radio either please advise...
All of a sudden I've noticed that I can't add playlists to the queue in the Android app.The app can see the tracks, but if I click on the play or shuffle icon it just spins away doing nothing. If I try to add or replace the queue with the tracks from the playlist i get an error message. If I click on the three dots next to.the track and select play, the track plays. One or two playlists with very a very small number of tracks seem to work as expected, but any substantial list won't work.Is this a known issue that's been broken in a recent app update. I have searched but can't see anything about playlists that recently. Thanks
