My Sonos Move is stuck on white signal and does not respond tu any command. I cannot shut it down, charge it, or move it to Bluetooth mode. When I try to reset it by pushing the power button for 10 sec nothing happens.

You have done the reset procedure wrong. Have a look at this page for the proper way:
