Sorry to hear about your experience.
You’ll have to provide more information such as:
- Have you ran a diagnostic and contacted Sonos tech support
- Number and model/type of Sonos speakers/components you have
- Are any used as a stereo pair
- Are any used in a home theater setup (Sonos sound bar with sub or surrounds or both)
- Are you using a Bridge or Boost
- Is your network a standard router and modem or Mesh
- Is your router and modem supplied by your ISP (Intermet service provider) or do you own one or the other
- Are any speakers wired to your router
- Does your network include range extenders of any type (this is not the same as a mesh network setup)
- Are you using an iOS or Android device and what model
This will provide a starting point to further troubleshoot your issues
