Hi all, Do you know if there is an Sonos app to use on the Samsung Watch 7 running on Wear OS?

 When I try to play a playlist created on Amazon Music only 100 tracks load into the queue.  This is the only service that has this issue.

Hello Sonos, After upgrading from the old SONOS APP to the new SONOS APP (May 7th), the APP dont run on Android (XIAOMI). I try to remove and re-add, and the APP stays freeze, I can only see “SONOS”.If I try with another android Samsung, the SONOS APP works, I can we the same SONOS first screen, but will change to a video and ask to login.

SONOS has done it again. My system shows each of the 5 products I have. When I go to play anything I get the message 'Sonething went wrong'. Apparently I have no SONOS products, although my system list shows I have and all white lights are on. 5 bar wifi, ithwr products like laptop, iPad ohone working fine. Closed and restarted app. Still the same problem. Tried cintroller from a different device (iPad instead of Android) no difference. Any ideas anyone? Or is it finally time to change brand. 

Hi.Im trying to add YouSee Musik service / app to the Sonos app, butnits not showing up at all.I've checked that my adress in my profile is set to Denmark and it is. I've reset the app and relogged in. Nothing work.So I need some suggestion on how to get it to work.  Thank you. 

I hear conflicting information on the interwebs about high end streaming with Sonos, and how the Beam 2 (which I have, along with a stereo pair of Era 100s) can stream to 24bit. Is this correct? My understanding was that you cannot stream any better than 16bit at 44.1Khz, rendering tracks shown on Tidal as 24bit as useless. Well, not useless but just cd quality. If my system is a Beam 2 with two Era 100 “slave” speakers, does this mean my system now has a 24bit streaming capability? Can anyone advise? I have heard about a pending Quobuz Connect feature but, again, see conflicting posts about it. Given the choice, I would like to subscribe to Quobuz but if I have to use the dreadful S2 app to browse Quobuz instead of the native app I’ll steer clear. Oh, and thanks to Sonos for removing my ability to play my 1Tb music library on my phone with their “new, improved” S2 app. Luckily I can circumnavigate the app and use USB Audio Pro to cast to Sonos. Hi AllI am looking for clarification of the current situation with the Sonos controllers, both windows 10 desktop software and the mobile phone App with respect to the SMB (SAMBA) control/management of my music library.I will provide background of my situation pre the upgrade of the desktop controller and the upgrade of the app to Version 80.x.x.x for clarity.I have been using the following method/technique to listen to my music library for the last 6 or so years without any issues whatsoever. May 2024 came around and my ability to listen to my music library disappeared in an instant…just like so many others.My music is on a USB pendrive attached to my routers USB port. My music would be available 24Hrs a day as the router never switches off. My router software allows me to “see the USB drive” Windows 10 file explorer can also “see the USB drive” I can add/delete the music on the USB at will from my desktop using file explorer. Sonos desktop allowed me to manage the library Sonos deskt

iPad Sonos app incorrectly says: “Your Apple Music account access has expired” and refuses to connect. Running Apple Music directly on iPad and choosing ERA 100 speaker, there is a delay of several seconds, and then play button goes back to stop and it refuses to play on that device. Will play on other AirPlay devices. Sonos ERA 100 does connect and play properly from MacBook Air Apple Music. Bandcamp does connect and play from the iPad Sonos app.. ( Latest iOS 18.0 on iPad and MacOS Sequoia 15.0 on MacBook and Apple Music subscription current and working despite what Sonos app says. )  

Hi, so I have an ARC which I installed with the Sonos app, works great. Now I am trying to install a Beam Gen 2 on another TV in a different location. The app shows a screen stating I must update it, but my iOs version of 15.8 ( the highest my phone 7 will accept) won’t do with the minimum Sonos requirement of 16. I end up bouncing back and forth between the screens without progress. A simple install shouldn’t be this hard but I’m stuck! 

Today’s latest app update includes the following:Improvements to setup flow Added ability to set appearance between light mode/dark mode/system default Improved queue management including ability to reorder, delete individual items, and scroll Improved performance when browsing content in Home and in Browse Continued improvements to user interface Added Trueplay support for iOS18BUT (per the bolded point) I can’t delete any tracks from a queue, either before playing a playlist or when the playlist is playing (i.e. becomes a queue). I can reorder songs now but I can’t see any option to delete a track from the queue. Am I missing something?

The new app would be greatly improved if the “View System” button actually looked like a button. Common feed back from my sonos clients is that it was not obvious that this is where you can zone your system.Honestly it took me weeks to realise this myself. So much of my frustration in using this new version of app was the perceived  difficulty zoning systems. Please make this obvious - it just looks like text - especially when it is right next to the system name which does nothing .I’m so suprised that this has not been done or pointed out already as my clients always pose this question to me - especially people familiar with any of the other sonos versions  

Hello,Is it possible to have the Sonos app access the music on my iPhone as a “music library”? Is this a feature in the works?

Our iOS Sonos Application is on Sonos OS = S2; Build: 80.07.03+20240819.7fd7da0ddIt looks like the Sonos Amps are on Build: 80.1-56190I’ve already done a “check for updates” and my system is up to date. We continue to experience MASSIVE issues...to the point that it is unlistenable. The start up of music takes a bit of time, then when it starts, it is playing in whatever rooms it wants to and not the ones we’ve selected. It will play intermittently, then be okay for a while, then go back to its odd behavior. These issues started happening when Sonos rolled out their big update. When will these issues actually be fixed? Super frustrating and makes a system we spent several thousand dollars on a waste of money.

I recently upgraded a device from a connect amp to a new Sonos amp.  The old one still shows up as not connected.  How do I delete this old one from still showing up on the app?

What music service, supported by Sonos, will allow music to be streamed from international Radio stations from UK?Tried Tune-In etc, but recent changes appear to have shut down international stations .Any music services that work ?

After changing my phone from 13 mini to 16 yesterday, the app can’t find my Sonos system on network. Rooter reboot and iPhone reboot have done but it doesn’t work. And re install of application doesn’t work either. Does anyone happen same thing and know a solution?

Recently changed to a new wifi, after connecting my Sonos beam and move to the new wifi it doesn’t work with airplay anymore? Any kind souls can assist here please? Your help is greatly appreciated. I’m out shopping for new speakers anyway 

Ok I have setup a sonos app after 7ish years. So I'll start music and it will play but I'll leave the app to something else on my phone. If I go back to sonos app it might be saying it's still playing the song from 30 mins ago when the speaker has kept moving down the queue. Also the volume doesn't work at this point. I have to force close on my phone then reopen and it'll work fine. It's been this way always having to close the app every time I come back and when i do that it needs to reload taking 30 secondsto connectto my system. All while the system us working just fine and it plays music as its suppose to. Any one have a solution or is the new normal for sonos anymore?

I use my Huawei phone to listen the music, and i use Sonos for many years with many systems, but from the last update it does not play any music in Apple or Tidal, you can see the library, choose the track and afterwards is nothing, just stuck. Hello there,with Sonos version 80.1-56190 the volume of Calm streaming service is close to muted. I disabled the limiter and can play with max volume. After enabling the limiter (80%) I can barely hear anything.Sonos Radio or Deezer are not affected.Feels like Calm has a different scaling of the limiter.Switching between services forces me to adjust the volume.Equalizer is default and loudness is disabled.Thanks in advance fo any tips.

I want to set an alarm that plays my wife’s playlists.When I don’t log into my Sonos account, I can play my wife’s Amazon Prime Music playlists because the speakers remember what the playlists are. But I can’t set alarms when I am not logged in.When I log in to set an alarm, I can no longer see my wife’s playlists and I can’t set them in the alarm. The only way I can think of accomplishing this is to log in to her Sonos account and then set the alarm. But I don’t want to keep track of all my wife’s log in credentials. Alternatively, I could recreate her playlists in my account, but this will be a huge pain.Is there a way to set the alarm using my Sonos login and her Amazon playlists?

I purchased a Sonos Arc sub and 2x sonos one rear speakers.   Almost nothing works in China so its completely false advertised.  No tidal support and voice doesnt work and of course anything the is realted to google servers.  Recently I moved to Thailand and packed all of it over here hoping to finally use my product as advertised but it seems the hardware is locked.  I cannot add Tidal and still nothing work for voice operation.  Seems this is come kind of chinese version that works on nothing but lousy chinese streaming services.  What really upsets me is right on taobao it advertises that you can use it with Tidal and voice operation and thats clearly not the case.  Is there any way I can update this system to work outside of China as advertised??

Getting a new error today, when in the web app and I click on the song name in the lower left corner (not on the Room side-bar) the Internal Server Error screen pops up.I had no reason to click there, originally bumped my trackball and was surprised by the error screen. Took a bit to track down exactly what I’d done to get it.So new bug, known bug, doesn’t matter?   

Hi All,I have linked my YTM account to Sonos, however, even though the Sonos app shows all my YTM content, whenever I try to play anything, it seems to load (play button briefly tuns into a circle) than stops and nothing plays, no errormessages.Same happens with a playlist, it skips through a nr of songs, showing covert art, playbutton briefly turns into a cricle, than it skips to the next songs, does this to 5 or 6 tracks than stops again.Iǘe removed and re-added the YTM account several times now, removed and reinstalled ther app, cleared cache and app data etc. To no avail.I've seen a plethora of issues with YTM/Sonos here, but none seem to be the same as my problem, so if anyone can lend a hand, that would be greatly appreciated.Best regards,Erik
