abc radio stations not playing on sonos 1 - sill playing on sonos 2 (other stations still playing ok on both)

Yesterday ABC Radio National stopped playing on Sonos 1. Did the standard checks… it will play on a standalone Sonos 2 speaker, and all other stations still play on both 1&2. I’ve tried using Sonos Radio and RadioApp (I know it was taken off TunedIn a while back).  when i try through SonosRadio nothing happens, when i try through RadioApp it gives the ‘unable to play/connection is lost’ message - but i can still play other radio stations.

Chatted with Sonos Support today about this issue. Initially confirmed ABC seems to have changed the stream they share with Sonos.
Then suggested trying myTuner Radio app to play the station. This worked perfectly so matter resolved!! Yay

Thanks, that app works for some ABC stations (maybe most), unfortunately not however for ABC South East NSW, the app knows about the station but it doesn't play. S1 user here.

Since Sonos uses the same ‘player’ for all streams, and doesn’t differentiate between them, what did ABC suggest?

I don't know what's changed but our preferred station is working again via Radioapp. A couple of ABC help pages were updated 1 day ago, so my guess is they've changed something.
