It seems that songs are shown by track number - however, song 10 is sorted before song 1…Is the track number sorting not done numerically??

I have a Sonos Play 5 that now won’t connect to Wifi. It’s been fine for 3+ years. Works fine with an ethernet cable but just won’t connect. Tried absolutely everything except mucking around with the BT internet which BT said would be a mistake. Anyone have any other suggestions?

I’ve had my Sonos Arc connected to the LG OLED c8 tv since I’ve owned the arc (about 6 months)For no reason, today it will no longer connect. The error message reads: A device is interfering with the HDMI connection. Disconnect any other home theater products, then try again.I’ve messed with all the settings. I’ve tried the good old unplug and wait and re-plug it in trick. I’ve tried turning off CEC and turning it back on. I’ve tried switching out HDMI cables. Nothing is working 😓It’s frustrating as there was no rhyme or reason why it stopped working. All of the devices are up to date as far as updates to.The sonos plays music amazing on its own, the tv works great with internal speakers, I just can’t get them to sync up together again. anyone??! Help
Greetings all,I have been trying to figure out why my Subs will not connect to the playbars in my rooms. I have two subs and two playbar that used to all work. I moved and had to set it up with a new router. Playbars, plays 5, play ones all work wireless. When I try to set up the subs.. I can detect it set it up, but adding it to a room with a playbars it fails. It gives an error about unable to find sub. If I factory reset and add it to a room without any devices, I can add the sub, but it comes up as unassigned. When I assign it to a room, it fails again. If I do it directly, plug it into Ethernet, it works fine. It updated, and when I unplug it, the sub disappears. I then retried again after the update, and no luck. Same error when adding it to a room. Help? Any ideas?
HiMy Sonos setup has recently started to have problems with speakers dropping out . I have an open plan lounge ,dining, kitchen . System as followslounge has play around , sub and two play ones as surround with play around connected to tv with optical . This on its own works perfectly . Kitchen area has play 5 Gen 2 . Dining has play 3 and originally had bridge connected to router but now has boost. lounge set up works perfectly on tv with no problems . Play 5 and play3 work perfectly ok on Spotify or Amazon music . When playing Spotify or Amazon on full setup , all lounge speakers drop out periodically. It also done this with bridge towards the end just before I changed to boost which I had hoped would fix the issue . Prior to that the system worked perfectly well since 2016 !Its now driving me mad and I’m on the verge of scrapping the lot , please help

HiI recently bought a Sonos Amp. I connected my turntable via line in and my tv via HDMI. For both I have automatic switching activated. It works fine, except when I just watched TV. The Sonos Amp doesn’t seem to detect when I turn off my TV. When I try to to listen to my turntable short after, it doesn’t automatically switch: I have to switch it manually via the app, where I get the warning the TV audio will stop. Is this normal? I read somewhere TV audio always gets the priority, but it should detect when the TV is shut down and the audio stopped, no?I have a LG CX tv, if that’s useful to know. Thanks in advance for your help!
I have recently been having problems with my full sonos system being unseen on my app and I cant reconnect. I have tried re-installing the app, switching on and off the internet router (which did re-engage my system for a short while, ½ day) and switching the sonos units on / off.Anyone any ideas what is wrong??
This isn’t the worst problem I’ve ever had but it’s right up there alongside that annoying itch you can’t reach!I have about 25 stations from a mix of iHeart Radio, XM and Pandora that I’ve saved in “My Sonos” and I routinely use them, just selecting one after another until I get the vibe I’m looking for. Back to that annoying itch; whenever I do switch, it stops the music first and I have to re-select the favorite for it to play.It certainly wasn’t always like this but it is lately. This is an older legacy system, 3x Play 5 gen1’s, 2x Connect gen 1’s, 2x Sonos One’s. This particular problem is with a Play 5. All Sonos components use Sonos Net.I’d like to know if others experience the same issue and gather your thoughts on maybe why this could be happening. Cheers, Gary
Just want to share something, had trouble with sonos for some months about, it can't connect properly and loses connection and airplay does sometimes not work, it was theAirtime Fairness setting is enable by default on this router, but it is shown as disableActivated it for 2.4 and 5ghz and applied settings and deactivated it again, and that was the issue
Hi Just bought a Sonos One last week to replace the old Bose SoundLink Air.I can airplay the music to Sonos One from Mac & iPhone, however, Apple TV (3rd generation, A1469, 2014) can only airplay to the old Bose, rather than to Sonos One.The Apple TV recognize the Sonos One, I can pick as airplay device. But when I play the Netflix (or whatever media), it will pause then sounds and switch back to Apple TV. Can someone help to diagnose the root cause and advise the solutions?
Just had forced upgrade to Sonos 2 Controller. New AMP with Architectural Sonance In-Wall speakers and Numark turntable with built-in pre-amp (TT USB model) I can get Spotify to produce sound through Amp and speakers. When using turntable, I get silence. Yes, the turntable is set to Line-In. I am using RCA cables to connect from turntable to Amp. Turntable has successfully worked when connected to other devices.
I just bought two Sonos One (Gen 2) speakers. The power cord doesn’t fit the speaker plug on either one. I am reluctant to push harder unless I know that this is expected. I’ve pushed quite hard; the plugs have become stuck without connecting, how much harder is normal? Obviously, setup is halted. Thakns
Hi, I cannot connect to Spotify - the main reason I bought the Sonos system for - with the warning ‘ connection to Spotify lost’ appearing each time. I have read the streams and they talk about faulty Ethernet connections etc. If that was the case how does Spotify work fine with Echo systems, tune-in radio works fine, Sonos radio etc etc? The only problem is Spotify. Playing music on a speaker is supposed to be a simple process and you should not need a PhD degree in electronics. I have issues with getting Alexa to work on Beam, but let’s leave that for now. So Sonos , you need to get your act together by sorting out these problems and being proactive with your customers - who are paying a premium for a better service than this.
I'm having a number of problems with my system.- Will occasionally stop me from adding or removing systems from a playback group.- Systems are disappearing, before randomly returning.- Playback is stopping, or music is repeatedly restarting. All in all I'm getting more and more frustrated with Sonos.

I am splitting my system to a S1 and S2 system. I also use plume to boost my WiFi signal. Currently, I have a S1 capable Connect connected via Ethernet to create a second network for my entire system. Do I need to connect one of my S2 speakers with another Ethernet cable to create a second Sonos network just for the S2 devices or will the current connection work for both S1 and S2 speakers?
Recently I’ve been unable to stream Spotify music to my Sonos speakers (Play:1, Play:3, One and my living room sound system) from my phone, they are greyed out in the “Select a device“ section with the message “Can’t play this right now”. I can do it from the Sonos app, but I prefer to use Spotify directly. On top of Sonos app screen it says “The OS on this device is no longer supported”, but it still works fine in Sonos. Is the Spotify problems related to this? I tried restarting the phone, it didn’t help.I’m using a Huawei P9 with Android 7.0, the Android version cannot be upgraded. The phone is working absolutely fine, and I have no plans on replacing it any time soon.

I have a System in my house with the following:2 x Gen 1 Connect Amps (Living Room and Porch) each wired with in ceiling speakers. Living Room zone also has the Sonos Sub. 1 x S1 speaker in bedroom. I originally had one of the Amps hardwired into my router and ran the whole system off of that Sonos network. After not being at this house for a while, when I went to use the system if first couldn’t find the Amps and then did an update which found all zones. Now each zone will work individually, and each Amp will combine with the bedroom, but the two Amp zones won’t combine with each other. Also, it seems I am wireless mode, even though I have one of the Amps wired into the router. Any ideas?
