Hi I have currently lost my connect from my system I have tried to reconnect but it won’t work. I have tried a factory reset but it won’t reset I just have a fast flashing white light.I have been trying to reconnect for ages what do you suggest?

A white flashing led normally indicates that the Connect is about to start up.
