I have a Sonos Play 5 that now won’t connect to Wifi.  It’s been fine for 3+ years.  Works fine with an ethernet cable but just won’t connect.  Tried absolutely everything except mucking around with the BT internet which BT said would be a mistake.  Anyone have any other suggestions?

It could be the wireless card has failed. It’s known to happen.

Wire the speaker again by Ethernet, submit a diagnostic and contact Sonos Support by phone armed with the diagnostic confirmation number.
