Mac OS Controller - Scrolling goes back to previous menu level

On the Mac Sonos Controller, in the right most column (Music Source), say if you’re already looking at tracks inside an album and you want scroll to see more songs below (2-finger up motion on the trackpad, which is Mac’s default “Natural Scrolling” setting), if your fingers drifts to the right side while moving upwards, the app immediately takes you back one level up - back to the album level, as if you’ve pressed the < button. The same is true whatever you’re scrolling through, e.g. it would go from album back to artist, playlist back to streaming service, etc. Typically if an area can only scroll up or down, any left or right 2-finger motion is ignored (this is true for both Mac and Windows), this makes for very swift scrolling a flick action. This bug makes scrolling through anything much more laborious as you now have to be careful with the scrolling motion all the time! Could the dev team please take a look at the issue? Audio Issue when playing music - Sonos Arc Ultra + Sonos One

I recently set up a Sonos Arc Ultra with two Sonos One speakers as a surround system. However, I'm experiencing an issue where the sound from the rear speakers cuts in and out when playing music. I've tried reconnecting the speakers and rebooting the router, but the problem persists. Any suggestions on how to fix this? It's quite annoying to hear the music cutting in and out from behind me.

Hi all,I know this has been discussed before but I can't find the answer I need.I have various Sonos products, subs, play bars, surround speakers and a move in various rooms. I have just been given a Audio-Technica LP60XBTBK for Christmas and want to connect it to my system so I can play it throughout the house. I am confused on if I need a port or an amp or neither. Can anybody help please.

All episode dates of podcasts shown from pocketcast are wrong

When listing épisodes of à podcast, all dates are shown as 20 january 1000000. Dates are correctly mentionnée fornepisodes scrolled from the pocketcast application. Another thing that should get corrected, that used to work but no longer ...

Issues with Apple Music and Dolby Atmos

I have been having an issue for months where during every third song while streaming Apple Music, Dolby Atmos clicks off and the song reverts to just stereo. I either have to pause the song and restart or back the song up to the beginning to re-enable Atmos. I can’t believe the engineers aren’t aware of this issue. It is extremely aggravating. It’s always something with this app. I have Arc Ultra, Era 300’s, and Sub gen 3.

I have been having an issue for months where during every third song while streaming Apple Music, Dolby Atmos clicks off and the song reverts to just stereo. I either have to pause the song and restart or back the song up to the beginning to re-enable Atmos. I can’t believe the engineers aren’t aware of this issue. It is extremely aggravating. It’s always something with this app. I have Arc Ultra, Era 300’s, and Sub gen 3.

Drop out speakers and music

I do not know how long ago I bought my first Sonos. But it is a long time ago. More then 15 yeas ago I think. In the beginning it was great. But slowly it became less and less stabile during the years.My wifi and cabled internet is stabile. Always +500 mbs. All systems in house are working properly. Internet on computers, alarm, solar panels etc.So I do not understand why I have Sonos drop outs frequently. Boxes and music. And sometime the Sonos boxes work and then after +/- 10 sec numbers are stopped. Not talking about the speed of the app. It is terribly.I tried to contact support by phone many times. Always ques that are longer then 60 minutes. So waiting was no option.What are my alternatives? Anyone good ideas?

I am unable to move everything to the same room

I have a Beam, Sub, 2 Play1's and a Port. For some reason, my mistake I presume, I ended up with 3 seperate rooms: the port in 1, Beam and Sub in 1 and the Play1's in 1. I was able to create a group containing all 3 rooms, but because of this setup no surrounds (stereo pair) in the room with the Beam and the Sub.I am able to break the stereo pair in the Play1 room, which enables me to add one Play1 to the Beam/Sub room creating a stereo pair with the Beam I think. This leaves me with a Play1 in a seperate room. I would prefer to add both Play1's to the Beam/Sub room as the stereo pair, but am unable to do so.Anybody, any advice?

I am planning on getting a Sonos Arc Ultra and two Era 100s for surround. My TV only has an ARC input, not an eARC. Will I still be able to get Dolby Atmos, and will I be losing something by not having eARC?THANKS!

Debating between a Beam Gen 2 + Sub Mini and Arc Ultra

I’ve just moved and want to set-up a more legit home theater experience. The living room consists of the sectional and TV console on that bottom left portion of the L shape. I’d like a sound bar to sit on the tv console and face towards the sectional with a surround speaker in the corner of the room and other side of the sectional.Given the L shape of my living space, the media/sound is mostly enclosed in an 11x15 foot space. The other area will be a more formal dining room. It’s also worth noting I have fairly short ceilings, ~8’ and there’s a chandelier hanging dead center of the living room portion between the sectional and TV console which could potentially interfere with any up-firing drivers. My original plan was Arc Ultra and two Era 100s with no sub given the ultra’s rich bass. After reading some posts on reddit and the forum, I’m now leaning heavily towards:- Beam 2- 2 Era 100s- Sub mini?Looking to the community to help me decide!Is it worth it to get the Arc Ultra for future-

Sonos Ace issues i have found

So i have been using sonos ace since a week now! Here are few things i found (issues, suggestions etc)- the bass is not bassy enough! Its subtle.. music has quality but the mids and lows are muffled!- we really need a 5 point level tuning ! These aren't the sonos wifi speakers to just give bass and treble control... these are the pricy headphones which have a lot of potential and sonos team are limiting it enough to frustrate us!- the headphones doesn't charge with super fast anker chargers not sure why! They do charge with 20watt apple bricks and dont with the qc chargers this needs a fix... atleast let us know if this can be fixed or not!- power button press to start must be responsive but they designed it to feel like a lag.- transparency mode is just wow.- spotify and yt music feels like s*** on android, apple music is soo dope on the same android.- the quality of the hardware is just excellent at the airpods max level excellence, but its the software thats dooming this product. issues with music streaming

This is my first time using Sonus and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I can't connect Qobuz, my preferred streaming service, and then I find out that I can't install Spotify either. Absolute shambles of a product. Disgrace.
