Why is it that my era 100 play mono for a little while then they switch to stereo..I have to disconnect from Bluetooth and reconnect in order to get back to mono

Since I have downloaded the update recently, I have found that my phone struggles to find my Sonos speakers. After a while of closing the app a few times it then links up.What should I do, apart from wait for a new update?

New router, user name and password, cannot get speakers to work and tried factory reset to no avail!

I am trying to add a new Ray to my existing system, however, I keep getting a message stating I have to update the App. The App is the most up-to-date, and it just gives me the option to “Open”. Any ideas?

Why won't Sonos list my albums in Spotify? Just get a message "something went wrong". It will list my playlists and songs, however. I downloaded the latest app from playstore and restarted my phone.Anything else I should do?

Trying to connect second Sonos 1 speaker. Right out of box it says it requires update. Cannot get update so can’t connect speaker. Help. 

I have 4 speakers. Since last week I have been able to use just 2 of them as my device doesn't see the other two. I tried to  reset them, but without any success. Is it possible that the problem is my device?  I use the older type of iphone.

Since the update, I have no Grouping cards and the Play/Pause button does not work.  My speakers are from 2018.  I have to reset the app through My Preferences and Re-login.  I have 12 speakers and the app asks me if I want to join the network.  I select then it shows me each speaker as a separate System.  If I hit select, then it selects that speaker.  There is no Group card and the play selection at the bottom and Grouping allows me to select a Group Name but I can only select that one speaker even though I have 5 others that are in Living Room.  I have been all through the app and I can’t find where I am going wrong.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Playbar Sonos 1 is fine except it distorts and vibrates when the sound is high this never happened😅it's very annoying and I just tonight updated the bridge ,it has a slight improvement.still vibrating a sound that makes a music lover want to cry hopelessly,please help me ,guide me... please.

I have an existing Sonos Ray sound bar.  Trying to hook up on a different net work.Have hard re-set, re-booted, hard wired, and wifi the speak numerous times.  Down loaded the app over 2 dozen times and the app continually gets hung up on Software update.  It states to go to Sonos.com to complete set up.  Followed instructions to go to settings then to “Manage”. But there is no area, tab, link etc to manage the system.Has anyone run into this problem

I have two play ones a play 3 and a boost. after wifi was down for a day they all disappeared off the app. I cannot get them to work again except i have got one play 1 back on the app after reset. The one i have connected disappears and reappears at random. when i click on it it shows no network , so i cant see how its working. Nothing else seems to work.

Is anyone having a cracking noise from sonos 5?  It happens even when I am not playing music or watching TV.

I have 3 Sonos One, 1 Sonos Aura 300 and 1 Port.Last week, all were visible on my iPhone App (iOS 17.5) and Network and were usable. Now 2 of the One’s are visible and work and the Aura too. The other devices are now longer visible as part of my system. They have not been disconnected by me.Tried reconnecting them. My phone finds them, tries to connects, which it says it has, but the connecting to WIFI part fails, although router and WIFI code haven’t changed.What is going on? WIFI is WPA2 and broadcasting both 2,4 and 5 GHZ. All other 60+ devices I have are connected to WIFI with no issues.

How can Sonos play 1 suddenly not compatible with Sonos 1 app?I used these 1’s on the original app for ages and also used them on the Sonos 2 app, but when I wanted to set up my old connect amp I had to use Sonos 1 app and could not add my 1’s !!!

I can’t connect to my WiFi system. It says no Sonos are on it. I rebooted both WIFI and my two Sonos speakers.

Hi, We have a recurring problem with our Sonos Beam. It keeps (appx once every couple of days) playing random tracks at full volume via our Sonos beam. Invariably the television is switched on and the beam is acting as a soundbar. These tracks are tracks we would never choose and aren't part of any playlist we have.I contacted Sonos a couple of months ago and they thought it might be sourced from Spotify (free version). We've deleted Spotify from our devices and now the tracks are coming from Amazon music (free version). I have four Play:3 speakers and a Boost that have been working fine for years. Recently, I upgraded the app to the Sonos 2 version. Unfortunately, the new app does not see any of my speakers nor does it see the Boost. I have tried executing a factory reset, as recommended on a number of sites, on both the speakers and the Boost. In each case, the S2 app reports that the item has been successfully set up, only to have it lost as soon as go back to the main screen. It remains lost when I restart the app and when I restart the speaker. I have gone through the setup multiple times, trying to set up everything when they are near my wireless route, with no luck. When I plugged a speaker into the network via an Ethernet cable I was able to retain the settings, but as soon as it was unplugged they were lost again.My network uses a password to connect. Could it be that the S2 app needs that password even though it is on my phone, which is on my network? I can’t even go back to the S1 app as it

There is an ant colony living inside our Sonos One. Hundreds of them, eggs, etc. Has anyone had this happen before? It must have been shipped like that.
