I have spent several days trying to add 4 speakers to the system. Upon setting up the first Era 100 the set up takes me through the audio pin, it connects to the local network successfully but then the speakers don’t show up. We have tried to restore to factory settings, unplugged and re-plugged in, followed all the suggestions online. When you try to call Sonos support, there is ALWAYS an hour wait. No one ever answers. The chat option says no representatives are available. When I reset the location it tells me there is representatives available. But then I end up chatting with a Sonos Bot who does not understand the issue and not helping to resolve.
