I bought a surround package from Sonos (Arc Sub 2x One SL)

Have had it packed down for a couple months before moving in the new house, when trying to connect the system I can't get the 2x One SL to the S2 App because they are not compatible.

Sonos says on their website that they are compatible with the Sonos S2 App.

Are there anyone else that has been bugged with this?

Try connecting these errant speakers to your router, temporarily, with an Ethernet cable. Once they update, you should be able to reset them in their previous configuration.
