A useful display option on setting speaker volume at different speakers. Within the circle indicating volume setting, a number indicating relative volume setting would be helpful. Then one would know what number the wife would like. 

I applied a small clear plastic glue button to the audio + switch on top of the speaker. Now, even in the dark I can utilize one of the three options (lower, up or off). 

So!!! I’m trying to get my tv to run through my Sonos system. I have a Sonos amp the older one, purely for a sub. Tv only has optical out and amp only has Rca in, so I bought a converter but can’t get sound to come through. Any help? 

I’m hoping someone can give me clarity on how to set up my current system to include Sonos. I had asked Best Buy for guidance but I’m not sure the advice given is accurate.  Note: I’m not very AV Savy so hopefully I’m clear enough. My current TV/surround system is a Pioneer VSX-90 which controls main zone: 5 Bose speakers in surround sound and zone 2: 2 more in wall speakers on a screen porch.  I would like to extend that system to stream music to all those speakers plus add more standalone wireless speakers that can be played together as a group or separately.    Best Buy suggested a Sonos Amp and Sonos Move. So I bought both. The Sonos amp does not connect to the pioneer. My guess is it could replace the pioneer receiver but I don’t want to do that. I have Set up the Move but It is basically a stand alone Sonos speaker.   my question is can the Sonos amp be installed so that it can highjack the pioneer speakers if I want to stream music to multiple zones as a group a even a small

Just installed the Arc to the HDMI Arc input on my LG while my ATT Direct TV box is attached to HDMI 1. When I turn the TV on it starts off on HDMI but then switches to HDMI Arc.  Is there a way to keep it on HDMI 1? It’s like the ATT box comes on first and then the Arc kicks on and triggers the port thank you

Good Morning can anyone tell me please I have ordered a new ARC  Sonos have taken the money from my card but I have had no notification about delivery 📦 what happens next I was told that Sonos would take no payment till day of delivery 

How can I increase the volume for just the beam in my surround sound setup. Beam + Sub + Sonos One gen 2 L & R. The surround sound just drowns out the dialogue. 

I have the new Sonos Arc connected to my ROkuTCL 8 Series 8 65Q825. The Roku audio options are auto detect, auto passthrough, and Dolby Digital plus - DTS. I have the Dolby Atmos activation notification on. Requesting assistance on correct setting to obtain Dolby Atmos. Thank you in advance.        

Can I link an odd number of SL’s together? How many can I link together? Also if I have three rooms, can I send different music to each room from one device or do I need three devices to do that?

I currently have the Beam in 5.1 with Sub and 2 Play 1 in the rear. I have a 15x15 ft room. Wondering what people’s thoughts are...worth the upgrade to Arc in a room that size?  I find the sound more than fills the room right now but we are doing some remodelling so now would be the time to change. Not sure if it’s worth the extra expense?

I’m using a LG 4K smart TV, using Sonos Arc as the sound output connecting via the HDMI ARC port, and I connect my PS5 to another HDMI port.I have turned off the HDMI Device Link function on PS5so what happened is when I connect the PS5 to the LGTV, the Sonos Arc works well for like a min, and then it will cease receiving signal from the TV and there was no sound. Then the TV will switch back to internal speaker and when I choose the HDMI ARC output again, there was no sound. I have to unplug the PS5 and the Sonos Arc from the HDMI port, then replug the Sonos Arc to the TV then it will function again. But when I start the PS5 again, it doesn’t work again.I suspect it’s something to do with the CEC function on PS5 that confused the LGTV on who to speak to on the HDMI LINK function, but I can’t find a solution to such.

I have had the beam for awhile and just got the SL ones for surround sound and when I play anything on the tv or from my phone there is about a 5 sec lag between the beam and the 2 other speakers. But when playing music from the Sonic app it is perfectly in sync. Help!

Can anyone assist with my upgrade questions? I currently have a 5 speaker surround set in living room as well as a single “One” (not hooked up with tv) and a connect - that connects my amp and surround speakers to my other Sonos speakers thru the house. I want to streamline all the devices as I currently have the amp/receiver, subwoofer, Apple TV, ps3 (only using rarely to play a DVD) and the Sonos connect . Should I just purchase one soundbar non Sonos and hook up to current sub woofer and the Sonos connect? But then I would still require my amp for the connect? Or get a Sonos beam or other and one more “one” and then use existing sub woofer (not sure I can) and get rid of all other equip? I did spend a lot on the “connect” though but don’t want all this equip. Any advice is much appreciated.

Hi,Question - is there a way to enable WOL from the Sonos App or Play 5 to bring a networked pc out of sleep.If not, are there plans to introduce this basic functionality at some point? Background:I have several devices that access a shared folder (external USB drive) on my Windows 10 PC. While the PC is powered on, everything works fine and Sonos can access everything.In order to save some trees I have set my PC to sleep if no activity for 5 minutes and use WOL to enable access via my other apps (e.g. Mezzmo). This works fine and the PC comes out of sleep as soon as anything tries to access the drive. EXCEPT for Sonos.It appears that Sonos does not send a WOL packet so the PC remains off when i try to play anything from my shared drive. This means I either power on my PC and disable the sleep function so the drive is always available (waste of power/trees) or only use Sonos while I am working on my PC (not convenient as the speaker is in a different room to my office and I have a very

I have a Sonos Connect that should be eligible for a 30% upgrade discount. It shows up as part of my system and the site recognizes that it is out of date/not compatible with S2 or Airplay, but it will not allow me to apply the upgrade discount so that I can replace it.

Hello!I have the 5.1 setup (Playbar, SUB Gen2 and two Play 3’s). My TV is Sony Bravia from 2014 and has HDMI ARC only. I am considering buying the ARC to replace my Playbar. Can anyone verify me that it would be an upgrade from the Playbar if it plays only Dolby Digital.Thank youNeven

Where a Sonos speakers manufactured? 

Play 5 keeps cutting out when using both Spotify and online radio stations/sites.  We have moved the speaker further away from the router but problem still persists.  I have don’t everything I can to reduced Wifi interference/conflict. All other speakers don’t have the problem and continue playing the music.  diagnostic number is 822457304
