Can’t Get Upgrade Discount To Apply

I have a Sonos Connect that should be eligible for a 30% upgrade discount. It shows up as part of my system and the site recognizes that it is out of date/not compatible with S2 or Airplay, but it will not allow me to apply the upgrade discount so that I can replace it.

Your best bet would be to call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. There isn’t much the community can do to assist you.
