On the S2 app you can pair 2 ERA100 to an ARC soundbar but they instantly go as a  pair of Surround. Is it possible to make them be a sound Copy of the ARC bar instead? so i can install the ERAs on 2 different place and listen to what is played on TV ?

Hi, I recently bought a new TV (LG G36), Sonos Arc, 2 x Era 300s and a sub mini.When it’s working, it’s a fantastic sound. However…I’ve been experiencing what can only be described as an electric “popping” noise, and occasional audio loss (about 3-4 seconds) on my Arc.Without fail, every evening, there will be a popping noise (sometimes when also using my iPhone and randomly scrolling websites/apps, but it might only be coincidental), and audio also sometimes disappears. The plopping noise (quite high pitched, but not a loud bang) happens too often to be ignored.This happens not only with Atmos content, but also watching a movie where the Sonos app showed up as Dolby 5.1.  However, all my settings (TV, PS5, Sonos app) are all geared up for Dolby Atmos (why I bought the expensive system!) and special / surround audio. Any advice how to fix would be appreciated- my wife is complaining it’s a waste of (significant) money and wants

I had a Samsung 65 in 7000 series TV and the Samsung IR remote was paired to my Sonos playbar. The screen went out, so I bought a Samsung 8000 series for the voice remote. It appears that the 8000 series comes with the Samsung one universal remote that is pre-programmed to RF, but it is capable of IR output. I cannot find settings in the TV menu that will allow my Samsung remote to have IR output to control the Sonos Playbar. Can anyone help?

Hola, Tengo una Sonos Beam desde hace años conectada a la TV y mi intención era conectar otro altavoz para mejorar ese sonido en otra ubicación en la misma habitación.He probado un Sonos One SL y para mi sorpresa y después de hacer mil pruebas y llamar al servicio al cliente de Sonos me dicen que uno no puede conectarse pero dos si. Como?. No lo entiendo. Dos sí y uno no?. Lo voy a devolver evidentemente.Gracias. 

My Sub Mini suddenly stopped working.  it is connected to my network but it says that it is not registered   When I try to rectify this it says that ”IncompatibleSoftware VersionsThe version of the app you're using isn't compatible with your Sonos system, so some settings have been disabled. my iOS app is fully up to date and when I check for device updates it says that there are no issues.  any suggestions?

Hello, i have my sonos arc connected to my TV Samsung s90c (2023) bye HDMI arc. The soundbar sounds good, but i'd like to listen the soundbar and the TV speakers at the same time. Is It posible?Thank you

I’ve just taken delivery of a new Beam 2 direct from Sonos. As I was taking out the box I noticed that the trim/case just above the ports popped in and out under light pressure. I might be being fussy but I’m worried it’s going to rattle when there’s sound going through it. All my other Sonos speakers feel really solid so it caught me off guard. Anyone else’s like this? it doesn’t look damaged so not sure if this is normal?  

I have a Ray for my TV in the living room and I have a One that I want to add in the kitchen so that I can hear the TV better.  Understand it wouldn’t be stereo, and there might be a 75ms delay, but I think that may be ok.  Can’t figure out in the app how to join them?  So now I’m wondering if that is doable, or if I need 2 Ones…?

Hi I have a Samsung x90 TV with straight fibre 500mbps internet and am plugged via HDMI into my Sonos arc with a sub and two era 300s.  all my online streaming shows have the audio skipping in and out. Every 10 seconds or so. Sometimes every 5 seconds sometimes every 30 seconds. It’s definitely a speaker issue as I unplugged the Arc and the sound is fine from the tv speakers.  I don’t know what it could be? My network is very strong. A loose cable? Please help!

So i just took advantage of the 30% off upgrade and got a Beam 2. But have to say its the first sonos item i am now impressed with and would likely return under 100 day. I have a gen 1 beam paired with sub mini. In a small living room.Using Netflix ane other streaming apps gaming and movies. Intitially i thoaght it was slightly less bassey than the gen 1 in a good way. But after running some films at same parts and swapping between the two. Its a let down other than a metal grille i see not advancement. I dont have tru play and kept settings the same for both.

Hi @Corry P  Would you be able to provide us with an update in regard to the ability to enable the Era 300 drivers when in Home Theatre configuration. I saw your last update on this 10 months ago. Has anything changed? Regards,Jamie

Beginning to realize you can't group the sonos products

Hi CommunityFirst post so hi to everyone.I am having issues with my sub connecting to my BeamThe sub connects to the beam but no difference in the sound and no bass increase.In the app if I switch the sub audio radio button off the sound is better and bassier,.Occasionally it works but that is random and either have to reboot router or call into support, but soon dropa out again.Reading the latest reviews tells all, the app is failing massively and with each update it gets worse.Anyone else seen this or have any fix ideas?ThanksMark 

Greetings Audiophiles!  My Sonos system, Beam Gen 2, 2-One SL’s & Sub mini are positioned in condo living room with 12-15 ft ceilings. I rarely push the volume past 40.Our home office is adjacent to the living room and wondering how can I use and/or setup my MacBook to  run the 2-One SL’s as a separate system?I “think” adding the ERA 100’s [ERA 300’s might be tooo much?] where the 2-One SL’s were in the living room would refine my living room experience very nicely.

Hello there I‘m a proud owner of an Arc, Sub and 2xEra 300. As great the Surround Setup is for Movies, I think that two Era 300 on it‘s own as a stereo pair sounds better. The best setup would be if the Era 300 keep their full functionality when playing music in combination with the Arc+Sub. I actually can achieve this by sending an Airplay Signal to the Stereo pair and to the Arc at the same time. The problem with this is, when I want to watch a movie I have to pair the Era 300s with the Arc+Sub to get the full emersive experience. Is there a resolution planned yet? This is something that many Era 300 owners wish for. Feel free to comment and get into good discussions among enthusiasts 😁

Hi, I have recently purchased Sonos Beam 2. As I was googling it, I saw multiple “Beams getting disconnected from TV” issues like this -. I am thinking of getting one of the following TV. All has eArc HDMI port. Even if money and significant other were not an issue, I don’t see anyone having four Era 300’s in their main living space (two for music, two for home theater surrounds).  A stereo pair of HomePods allow you to easily go from music to home theater listening.  I’m hoping Sonos can provide a software update to allow switching between these two modes without having to remove surrounds, create a stereo pair, remove stereo pair and add surrounds again constantly.  Thank you.  

After 4 calls to Sonos, the first 3 reps worked hard to diagnosis issue and couldn’t figure out what was causing this issue but the 4th rep advise this is the new functionality after last week’s software update. Here’s the problem. I have a Sonos Arc system connected to my home theater TV. I never use that system for anything other than watching TV as we have other Sonos speakers for listening to music. Starting last week when I turned on my TV, I was getting no sound from the Arc regardless of the app I chose on my Apple TV device and I couldn’t figure out why. Lots of restarting devices and troubleshooting. The only way I was able to get sound back after hours of trying different things was to use a Surround Sound test app that sent individual sounds to each of the surround sound speakers and subwoofers and then the sound would work fine again until I paused the TV or turned off the TV, then I would loose sound again. Beam gen2 quick start guide says need to connect to tv and ensure tv is on before start add to system in app. Can I add a beam to system without the tv connection to Android Sonos app?

It appears Sonos ARC speaker has issues with the HDMI cable connection.  Does Sonos have a definitve response to all the potential solutions for this? Lots of people reporting issues that their HDMI cable will not stay in..all 3 of my ARC speakers have issues with the HDMI cable falling out. Really an unacceptable design flaw for the price point. Please suggest all the possible remedies.  HDMI connector,  some sort of stabilizing lock, anything. Beyond frustrating 

I am in the market for a home theater setup for a room I am converting into a literal theater in my house. I have looked at other products sent to me from friends but if what I am trying to accomplish could be done with Sonos/Sonance I would rather go that route as my entire home is already powered by Sonos. So here is where I landed and questions about this setup before I buy:What I am trying to accomplish here is an 7.1 Dolby Atmos configuration if possible.Room dimensions if that matters is approximately 300sqfFront right/left and center speakers = Sonos Arc soundbarSub = Sonos Sub (Gen 3)Left/Right surrounds = Sonos/Sonance in wall speakers powered by Sonos AMPRear left/right surrounds = either Sonos/Sonance in wall or Sonos Era 300s Ideally I would like to keep as much of the surrounds hidden as possible which is why I am going with in wall and not sure if it would also work with in ceiling maybe for the left/right re
