Sorry, My english is not good first.last week, I bought a set of very powerful speakers.I’ve done trueplay & EQ tuning a few times but I cannot hear any sound bouncing from above from any atmos content. (I see the flag for atmos). I feel BOSE 900+700 is more powerfulI need your help and advice. Do I need to cover the kitchen when run Trueplay?​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ 

I use an hdfury Acana to solve lip sync issues with my Sonos arc but the arc won't connect if I have other devices connected with hdmi like a blu Ray player.  I have to unplug any other hdmi connected devices and the arc will connect.  Any help would be appreciated.  

 Good day, Sonos community. This is the first time I'm posting here since I recently acquired a Sonos Era 300. I loved its sound and I want to acquire another system, but I have doubts. My bedroom is very small, approximately 2.5 meters wide and 3-4 meters long, literally a square, and I don't know which system would add a plus to my Era 300. Perhaps another identical system or a Sub Mini, what do you recommend? I hope you have a good day.

Hi, what's up? I have a TV Samsung q70t and a soundbar Sonos Beam Gen 2. I have a problem playing content Dolby atmos (Netflix, Amazon, HBO), the sound cuts out every 10 to 15 minutes, less than a second. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Hi everyone.I have an issue each time when I turn on my TV, because I lost the sound. The Sonos beam is connected to HDMI 2 (eARC/ARC) port, however It seems the TV doesn’t recognize the system. Simplelink on the TV is On and in the Sonos app TV Autoplay is On.The only way to solve this problem now is activate eARC compatibility, TV automatically move audio settings to internal speakers, and then I need to change again audio settings to HDMI and deactivate eARC compatibility in order to beam works.Its important to say the sonos app doesn’t recognize that beam is connected to an HDMI ARC port.Have anyone the same problem and found a solution?

Does anyone have any info on when the new sound bar is coming out? I’m sure Sonos hasn’t said anything official, just hoping for some decent speculation. Remodeling the crib and I need to make a move purchase soon. 

I have a Sonos Playbar and Sub connected to my TV, and two Era 100s (just replaced Play 1s) that I have in the kitchen (one large room kitchen + family room). They sound great and perform really well when grouped through the Sonos App. We use Hulu TV and also like YouTube. We like to watch games and watch live music performances on YouTube. Unfortunately, when I try to play through the TV, the Era 100s (and the Play 1s before) cut out a lot. The Playbar sounds fine, but it is directly connected to the TV. Is this an issue I’m getting from the TV itself, the internet or something else?I’m considering getting a new tv regardless, but am curious if this issue will still exist after getting the TV.Thanks  

Hello i have an issue with my Sonos Beam. I just unboxed them an hour ago, the volume of the beam keeps going to max.The sonos beam is connected via HDMI arc to my LG OLED BX and no matter how I change the volume with my Apple TV remote, LG TV remote, or even Sonos app it goes to max volume .here is my log 1398699352 i have put my max volume to 20% in the meantime.  never had any issue with my Bose soundbar :( 

Hello, I’have a Sonos home cinema (Beam2, sub mini, 2xEra 100), they are plugged onto a power strip. Can I turn the plug off when not in use or for the night, or is it not recommendend to turn the pluggs off ? Does it damage the Sonos system if it’s regurlaly turned off or unplugged ? Cheers

I’m new to the family of Sonos, and I went all out much to my wife’s dismay lol Bur the dismay quickly turned to be mine when I discovered that I can’t use the center driver when listening to music. I don’t watch TV, and this purchase was exclusively for music.I feel like it should have been made clear to music only users that the center drivers won’t work. I didn’t see that anywhere when I first started looking in to buying them. im finding it so hard to wrap my head around that we, the buyer and user - are not given the freedom to choose if we want to use the center driver for music! this feels very controlling and is not fair to us lovers.  I see many topics have been made about this issue, but all of them have been closed, this sucks :( 

I have a Sonos Beam Gen 1 that I bonded via the Sonos app with a pair of Sonos Play:1s positioned at the back of the room for surround sound. When I stream music from any source, the 3 speakers function as a surround set, as they should. But when I play sound from my Samsung TV, it only goes to the Beam (via HDMI eARC), as if the pair of Sonos Play:1s didn’t exist. Can someone advise how to get the TV sound to play through not only the Beam, but also the Sonos Play:1s that are grouped with it?

Found the Network Matrix just recently; looking first time last night everything was green except the Beam (LF, RF).  Checking it just now the Sub and the surrounds (LR, RR) have also gone red.  All in line of sight of the main mesh router.Anyone make heads or tails of this? 

Good day,I have changed from internet supplier and my sonos set up is no more recognised, only ARC + SUB.I do not sucess to catch ERA on my SONOSNET network (ARC is linked with ethernet). ERA 100 are WM3 on the SONOS app.WHat should I do ?Thanks,Best regardsDamien.

I have aplaybar and a sub. ive been trying to get them updated for the pass 3 days. I have doe evrything but the playbar cant update.

Does anyone know if the Samsung UN43NU6900B 42 inch tv is compatible for this Sonos beam soundbar attachment that goes directly under the tv and is moveable with the tv? And if not, what would support Beam attachment on Samsung tv?

I have the Sonos Arc as part of my surround set-up.  Lately the volume will either mute or shoot up to maximum volume on its own.  There is a bleep which proceeds this.  Sonos customer service is no help, all they say is unplug it for a few minutes and then plug it back in.  For a nearly £1000 sound bar I am really not happy!

Ich habe mir erst letztens die Sonos Ray und zwei Era 100 speaker gekauft. Mir fehlt aber ein bisschen Bass, weshalb ich mich über den Sonos sub mini informierte. In keinen von den Webseiten stand aber etwas über die minimale Raumgröße. Mein Schlafzimmer Raumgröße ist 14 Quadratmeter. Nun wollte ich fragen ob mein Zimmer zu KLEIN ist für den Bass.

Hola!! Estoy teniendo problemas con mi Sonos Sub Mini. Me aparece que está conectado al sistema, la luz está encendida, el ecualizador ajustado. Pero no suena. Lo compré hace 6 meses y ya no funciona. Puede ser posible esto?ya lo reinicie, lo desconecte y cuando presiono el icono en la app para que emita sonido, lo lo hace. A alguien le pasó lo mismo? Hello!! I'm having problems with my Sonos Sub Mini. The light is on, the equalizer is adjusted. But it doesn't sound. I bought it 6 months ago and it no longer works. Can this be possible?I already restarted it, disconnected it and when I press the icon in the app to make a sound, it does. Someone with the same problem?

The key issue I discovered is Sonos does not allow rear speakers in a surround sound system to then also  be used in stereo with a turntable as the line-in and Bluetooth become disconnected. You would have to uncouple the rear speakers and set them up as stereo each time you want to do this which is time consuming. is there a technological fix or switch that enables you to switch with ease so you can enjoy surround sound on TV and then pure stereo for music?  If not will Sonos work on one in the future? 

I have had a Sonos system for some years and all has been working well. I recently had to change my router as BT have moved me to digital voice.  Since that move, my playbase keeps disappearing off the network.  If I reboot the playbase it reconnects and works for a while then disappears again. I have no issues with other Sonos products, just the playbase. I use a BT wholehome mesh network and the playbase connects to this wirelessly. It seems to connect using the 2.4 GHz channel.  All the other Sonos products connect on the 5GHz channel.   The whole setup was reliable until the change of router to the smarthub 2. Any suggestions as to what the cause might be?

My Sonos beam to just recently started dropping to volume level 15 whenever I turn it up for movies or Spotify music. It’s hooked up to a projector now, but it started happening prior when it was hooked up to my Samsung newer TV. It’s always worked fine for a year. Not sure what’s going on. I unplugged it Plugged it back in reset up the system and I’m still having the issues. Any help here? 

I would like to mount Sonos Arc on a wall behind the projector screen. My question is - what is the recommended distance should I leave between Arc soundbar and the projector screen?

So , I have a player and two rear speakers . Sometimes , especially late at night or it may just be what’s playing , I want to put the voice on the rear speakers so I don’t have to crank the volume . Is there a way ? I wish there was just a mode you could turn on ! 

I bought my Sonos system specifically to make a home theater setup and almost never listen to music in the room they are set up.The ONLY way to link more than just 2 speakers to the Sonos Soundbar is by linking them together wirelessly as a GROUP instead of connecting them as an external sterio-pair. (You COULD have 1 connected as a stereo-pair & 1 on its own & link them as a group but since you would have to forfeit individual influence over the volume of the attached set & they are not completely centered anyway, that seemed counterproductive in my particular situation)Once I manage to get the tuning & volume lined up how I like, they actually work well. TRUEPLAY doesn’t work in any sense, the speakers I could successfully turn it on on actually ended up sounding terrible. Overall, Once I got it how I liked, it worked well.The ISSUE I am facing is that I can’t keep them in sync. The remote/ir only influences the speaker that’s attached to the TV directly & I’m ove
