Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

I can't add Imported Playlists to the queue in the Android app from my Music Library.  This was working previously in the Android app.  Doing the same Imported Playlist in the Windows version of Sonos app is working without issue so it is not an issue with the Playlist.The Android app can see the tracks in the playlist, but if I click on the play or shuffle icon it just spins away doing nothing. If I try to add or replace the queue with the tracks from the playlist it just spins.If I click on the three dots next to.the track and select Play Now, the track plays.This is broken for even Imported Playlists with 1 track.Is this a known issue that's been broken in a recent app update? I have searched but can't see anything about imported playlists broken on Android recently.Android App Version:  83.01.9

Relatively new sonos user. I have a home system with 2 zones of hardwired speakers driven by sonos amplifiers. Just added 3 x Move 2 speakers that I will place in various rooms for regular use and frequently use as a group of 3 for sound on a patio area that has good wifi reception (same network). The move speakers work well individually indoors and outside and also work fine when grouped with one of the amplifiers / hardwired speakers. When I try to group a Move 2 speaker with another Move 2 speaker, it works for a few seconds, then the audio only comes from one of the Move 2 speakers, even though the app shows additional move 2 speakers are still connected and playing audio. The entire use case for the Move 2 is based on using as a group of 3 outside, so I want this to work reliably. 

Just connected to my S1 App and 1 x Play 3 and 1 x connect amp are showing as incompatible, I have no idea how to rectify, help please….

Hai my Sonos One SL is no sound, it conncet to sonos app. I already reset any times but still no sound, anyone have the same problem before?

Hi I have some Older active Sonos amps and they keep comining up update software available , when i select this it keeps failing.How can this be rectified as it is very frustrating.

I had to power cycle all my Sonos equipment to correct a “ghost” song that would start random play at various times of the day and night on one of more of my Sonos equipment throughout my house. Doing that solved that problem, but have now encountered another issue, one that is a major problem for me.I redid my connection to YT Music Premium, and have found that Sonos now limits the number of albums I can see for any given artist. A good example is The Rolling Stones who have over 100 albums related to them on YT Music, to around 20 to 30. This eliminates my ability to brows their catalog within Sonos; a major disadvantage when using Sonos. Sonos AI says to enter the album I want to hear, and when it appears, I will be able to listen to it when I want. If I knew what that would be I wouldn’t be typing this now.According to all sources of information I see, including Gemini AI, this is not a YT problem. Suddenly, unable to see Sonos devices on one of spotify accounts in home.  in sonos, can see their account and playlist.  we are premium duo.  in their Spotify don’t see Sonos speakers.  i have revoked and added access to sonos back to her account updated all software.  in airplay/bluetooth i do see some of sonos speakers, which normally see them right away?  any thoughts?

Hello Sonos Team and Community,I own multiple Sonos speakers (including One SL) and have been a loyal user for years. Recently, I can no longer play Radio Rock (Finland) on Sonos. Instead of the station, I only get “Welcome to TuneIn” and ads looping endlessly.Here’s what I’ve tried:Removed and re-added TuneIn (New) in the Sonos app Logged in with my TuneIn account and added Radio Rock as a favorite Rebooted speakers, reset network, cleared cache Tried Sonos desktop app and mobile app Verified that the station works in TuneIn’s own appNothing works. Previously, I could add a custom stream URL to Sonos and bypass TuneIn issues, but Sonos removed that feature in recent updates. My Ikea/Sonos Symfonisk keeps disappearing from my sonos app every day. Any Help?I have to manually unplug it and plug back on daily to sync with the rest of my Sonos system.  I have updated everything, reboot everything even re-connect and recalibrate the entire system via Ethernet cable and only works for 1 day, and the following day it all disappear all over again.Additionally it drops from the sync multiple times during the day, Any idea to remedy this issue?

There was an existing thread for this open issue but I cannot add to because its been closed as “answered”  (??) - found here: The good news is that the developers of Airfoil reached out to me to inform me that the latest Sonos update has finally fixed the issue.  I updated by Move2 via the iPhone Sonos app to 84.00.34 and tested the Move2 from Airfoil - Im happy to report it is now working and stable for me.So looks like as suspected, it was a Sonos software issue all along.https://support.sonos.com/en/article/release-notes-sonos-app-updates

I have a Full Sonos Setup in my home theater. Sonos sub4 x2, Sonos era 300 x2, Sonos Arc Ultra. I have bought two 8inch in ceiling Sonos speakers I will add and need a new amp. Unfortunately, the existing Sonos Amp Gen 2 will not allow me to integrate these new speakers into my Dolby Atmos system. I am waiting on the new Sonos Amp gen 3 to hopefully allow me to integrate these in ceiling speakers into my Atmos system. Really looking for a theater like system. Any potential for this with Amp gen 3?

Play5 gen1 will not connect to wifi.All fixes attempted.Plays without issue when connected to router by ethernet cable .Cuts out when connected to wifi extender by ethernet cable.

Why is my speaker saying sorry that device is offline 

I have two complete Mag6.1 systems.  I was told by Bestbuy tech support that I would be able to combine the 2 systems.  Can anyone guide me on how a can do this?  Or do I install both systems separately and somehow sync them in the Sonos amp?

Hello everyone,I have a Sonos Beam (1st generation) and a Sonos Sub, grouped under the name “Living Room” and connected to my network via an RJ45 cable. I’ve been using this system with an Apple TV for years to watch TV. I also bought this system to listen to music at home, particularly via Apple Music, but AirPlay has never worked. I have to use the Music app on the Apple TV, which means turning on the TV, or use the Sonos app on my iPhone or iPad.I’d really like to find a solution so I can finally listen to music easily via AirPlay.Thanks!
