Welcome to the community. Here are a few tips…

  1. Never factory reset a Sonos component unless directed to by Sonos Tech Support or a Moderator. Doing so erases any data that may be helpful in tip #2 and possibly any saved playlists.
  2. Never post a diagnostic Reference ID number in the community as it violates Sonos policy regarding your privacy and security.
  3. When contacting Sonos Tech Support I suggest opting for a person be it phone call or Chat versus the AI

The forum search AI is surprisingly good, however the basic search is sadly lacking. Using an external search engine will avoid the forum search issue with returning many years old answers that no longer apply. Use the search term below to restrict your results to this forum:
