Controllers and Music services

Having an issue with Apple Music playlists not visible within the Sonos app, I’ve tried removing Apple Music from services and adding back to no avail - could anyone recommend how this might be fixed? TIA

Our router had been reset and I cannot now find my system neither can I access my account, system and services/voice on the app.  Phone or iPad app cannot find the system???????

Is anyone having problems with Pocketcasts on Sonos S2? I subscribe to a good number of different podcasts which were all working fine, but since this morning all BBC podcasts no longer play. I get the familiar error ‘the connection to the pod casts was lost’ I have tried re-authorising the account, also deleting account and setting up again but this has made no difference, The effected podcasts are available and working using Pocketcasts outwith Sonos.

For the last week (at least) our Sonos system cannot access my Apple Music playlists. When I select playlists (or Recent) it says "We've run into a problem. Try again later." All other features of Apple Music appear to work including songs, albums, artists, etc. I've already reinstalled the app. I've reauthorized the Apple Music account. These did not work. Any idea? Also this is my first post but I've had a LOT of issues with Apple Music working with sonos over the past 2 years. It's been pretty bad and unreliable. ThanksGreg

Hi!Since some time, the Sonos app on Android activates two notifications (one is normal and works well, the other is like a ghost notification, useless).I’ve tried to reinstall the app but with no effect. Problem is present on multiple devices, with Android 11, 12 and 13.Other with the same bug? 

Good morning,Here is my current configuration. A Sonos Connect device connected to an amp (and connected to Bose HPs), and in another room two Play:1 speakers. Can I play different playlists with a Spotify account (one on the connect and the other on the 2x Play:1)? I have a Spotify premium duo subscription. thanks in advance

Hi,I recently bought a couple of Sonos-speakers, having heard a lot of positive things about the brand. I connected them to my YouTube Music-account and everything worked flawlessly, until this weekend.Suddenly I only get a message that says “Unable to browse music” when trying to open my start page or hitlists. I try to google a bit, and after trying to both delete/add account and reauthorize without success I decide to contact Sonos support.Sonos support tells me to try the same old reset this and that, and proceeds to say that there is nothing wrong on their part, I have to contact Google because the issue stems from my account.Google tells me that they don’t have anything to do with the Sonos-app, so I have to contact Sonos support.So what am I supposed to do?? Am I the only one with this problem concerning YouTube Music?

I have been struggling to restore my Music Library located on a WD Home Cloud to my SONOS system since WD issued the notice that the support was changing last August in an email.I have followed the instructions supplied in the two associated links, Answers 34991 & 50881 to the letter.The basic configuration of my system is as follows:Internet router with WD Home Cloud plugged into 1 port, and SONOS Connect plugged into 2nd port. and 5 various speakers connected via wifiFollowed the instructions for IOS products, using Mac (IOS Sonoma 14.2.1), iPhone (IOS 16.6.1), iPad (IOS 17.2)Using the SONOS App S2 (Version 15.11)I have even altered my Folder structure on the drive to reflect the instructions that have been given as follows:smb://WD Drive/Media Files/My Music/I created a local user as instructed for example, Localuser with a password LocalPW01But after every alteration or change to settings, I am unable to add to t

hello everybody, when I try to start a podcast with TuneIn, the system only play a phrase telling “this is TuneIn”, then nothing is reproduced. Last saturday everything worked properly.This issue is with both services TuneIn and TuneIn new.What’s wrong with my system?thank you in advance

Today my Sonos is refusing to load any playlist I created on Amazon Music Unlimited that has more than 100 songs. I’ve reset router, cable modem, all speakers/amps, controller, deleted and reactivated the amazon account. All apps and Sonos controller are up to date. I verified my amazon account is active and still at the unlimited level, which it is. What is really odd is I can load any playlist, no matter what size, if it was created by amazon. I just can’t load my playlists, unless they have 100 or less songs. I contacted Sonos support and was told amazon limits playlist to 100 songs on Sonos, although only my personal playlist are not working if over 100 songs. I contacted amazon and they said they do not limit playlist songs to 100 on Sonos.I really don’t want to switch from amazon, I have been happy for a couple of years with their unlimited service.Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions?The attached pictures shows what I see when I try to load

The SiriusXM app no longer has categories, stations are just listed in numerical order. What happened? 

The old topic was closed, but just this week, I had to move a USB3.0 drive from a Netgear router to my desktop PC, due to switching to Eero (I know, I know...don’t get me started). I get the following error:Sample, not exact path from PCI have not experienced a time-out on this drive, and since it’s connected to my desktop, which is always on, I don’t think that’s the issue.  Any other ideas?

I have two Sonos 5 speakers (gen2) paired in my living room.  When I connected them, the app said I have a very strong wifi signal.  Sometimes when I look for them on my iPhone (S2 controller), all other rooms are available but the living room just doesn’t exist.  I will then look at my iPad (sitting directly next to my iPhone) and my living room is there and available.Later on, the living room will just “reappear” on my iPhone.  Also, those speakers are up on a high shelf so it is very inconvenient to unplug and reconnect them as a solution.

Hello all, I am new to this and I have recently discovered the Sonos Radio app. After playing around with it, i have discovered that there do not seem to be any Italian radio stations listed under Browse Radio > Locations > Europe > Italy…Whilst there are many cities listed not one of them displays a radio station.Please, am I doing anything wrong?Thanks for any help.

The sonos app will not play podcast from youtube music with the error unable to connect to youtube music. This combined with sonos limiting playlist to 500 songs, which has become less than the 500 max. Makes this "high-end" product seem like a downgrade to people who would love to access the full capability of their music streaming services. I have been on the phone with a level 2 technical suport dude for a hour now and he is dumb founded. When will these be addressed sonos?

I have setup several web radio stations on my Fritz router, which presents them as a UPNP stream on my fixed and WiFi networks.  The stations are found automatically by my Samsung TV, laptop, and on my phone using VLC, all without login.  However my Sonos system does not display them and I cannot “force” it to find them.  (The Sonos system accesses the tracks on the Fritz NAS after adding as a Media library, so it can reach the router fine.) I am in the ridiculous situation of having to play the Web Radio stations on my TV, which then sends them into my Arc and from then I can stream across the other Sonos devices.  Does anyone have any advice on how to get my Sonos system to pick up the UPNP Web Radio streams automatically, like my other devices do?

I have 4 Sonos 1-Gen-2 units.I have 2 configured as a stereo pair which shows up on Cast to Device on Win10 Media Player and streams OK from my PC - great!I have 2 more configured as a stereo pair, but only one shows up on Cast to Device. This looks very much like the single One-Gen-2 I had before purchasing and adding the second of the stereo pair. Trying to cast even to this single one comes back with an error and it doesn’t work.When I look at my NETWORK in File Explorer, I can see BOTH stereo pairs (and also my Sonos Roam)I have reset both units the offending stereo pair and reset them up again, then rebooted my PC but the problem persists. I have also checked that Win10 streaming is turned on and can see all of the Sonos units - but one of the offending stereo pair is named ‘Unknown’ whereas the other just carries it’s IP addressDo I need to delete this stereo pair from my network or do something to reset either on the PC or on the Sonos app o

I’ve created a user “Sonos” with a share called “music” that has my old MP3 library. I’d like to get the Sonos working with it, because we lose internet annoying often (at which point streaming services go offline). I’m trying to follow these instructions: https://support.sonos.com/en/article/use-a-nas-drive-with-sonos Whenever I go to add the library, I get the “unable to add music share to your music library (900)” error. When I try to search for solutions, everything is about the old S1 app requiring SMB1-- but I’m on S2, so I don’t think that’s my issue.  Help?

“the associated service account was not found in your Sonos system" - between yesterday and today, my services disappeared and I can’t add any services.  All of my services have vanished (Pandora, Apple, Amazon, SiriusXM).  I’ve deleted/re-installed apps on my iOS and MacOS devices--no change.  I’ve reset my password--no change.  The apps can see my system, but I can’t play anything (the only app that appears is TuneIn and it doesn’t play “Unable to play the Radio station” Any other ideas?

J’ai équipé un hôtel de 4 SONOS ONE SL et j’ai associé mon compte Spotify à ce compte afin de diffuser mes playlists.Ces enceintes sont connectées sur un réseau wifi sécurisé, réservé uniquement à cette utilisation.J'ai installé l'application sur mon smartphone Android ainsi que sur une tablette IOS, cette tablette est constamment connectée sur le même réseau. Concernant mon smartphone, je le connecte seulement pour modifier le volume, les playlists, après modifications, je me déconnecte de ce réseau et me connecte sur un autre réseau.La tablette est utilisée par tout le monde et je souhaite l’à supprimer du réseau en désinstallant l’application et ne garder l'application que sur mon smartphone.Mes questions sont les suivantes :Est-ce que les playlists resterons en marche même si mon smartphone n'est plus

I have a Port now on S2….running S1 on older product. Went to S2 to get 24 Bit on Amazon and Qobuz. See badges on Amazon Ultra HD still only 16 bit.

Every time I open my Sonos S2 app on any device, it seems to default to the last-used room anywhere in the house. The problem is often that’s the room my wife last used, rather than the room I’m in. It’s really annoying. Is there a way to make the Sonos app open on the room I’m in?
