sonos: please add back the alarm function & timer to turn a particular station off ( the 3 dots have disappeared!)

How do you set the alarm function in the new Sonos App?

Depuis l'installation de la nouvelle version de l'application sur Iphone (Version 80.00.04), j'ai cette alerte à chaque fois que j'ouvre l'application! : "Activez le bluetooth pour permettre à "sonos" de se connecter aux accessoires." Je n'ai pas de périphériques bluetooth et je n'active donc pas le bluetooth sur mon téléphone. Cela me permet également d'économiser de la batterie et cette alerte est vraiment pénible!Plus d'accès à ma liste de lecture: L'application m'indique: "La liste est vide".Plus d'alarme, plus de réglage du volume avec les boutons du téléphone...Je n'ai pas trouvé non plus comment mettre à jour la "bibliothèque musicale"...Impossible de réinstaller l'ancienne version!Merci à SONOS de résoudre rapidement ces problèmes! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Since installing the new version of the application on Iphone (Version 80.00.04), I have this alert ev

New S2 App is Horrible! What were you thinking? This launch could not have been fully baked. How did you allow this to happen? So you crash and burn the launch then go run and hide? Very weak, so disappointing. Here’s a thought, fix it, like STAT. 

This new app is terrible. It is so unintuitive. I can’t use it. Please reverse the update.  

Sonos upgraded to the latest s1s2 and the separate Sonos app and now it's saying it needs an update and then it comes back with an error and that's all you can do it says to reboot your router done that it says to reboot your phone done that done everything it says to do and it still won't update so does anybody have a link to the older software the software that was in existence say 3 weeks ago I'll install it manually and go back to the original software until they figure it all out  

With the new upgrade App Sonos, my IHeart radio and Mixcloud apps don’t work anymore can you help pleasethanks in advance 

I’ve read the post, but don’t understand where the add a folder occurs. Also, Sonos doesn't show as an app for my MacBook. I have an iPad and phone and still don’t find the music library as it has been stated in all the items I’ve read.

In new Android app in music library albumart is not shown anymore.How van i manually update the index of my music library in the new app? 

Updated to the new app, what a disaster, keeps dropping songs, if I adjust the volume in the app  it the volume cuts out and sometimes doesn’t come back. Songs are playing but they are not showing they are playing. WTF Sonos! If I try and do multiple rooms together, forget it. So hard to navigate around, old app was much easier,  even to use through the Spotify app sucks now, tried to call support but 80 minute wait, what’s that tell you

Just received an email from Sonos trumpeting their new ‘better than ever’ app… 😂. I’m really amazed that they would have the audacity to send this out with the current turmoil

So far with the new version of the app, when it playing music to a speaker group from my Victrola stream turntable, the new app shows no information. Before it would show that it was streaming from the turntable. Now it shows “no music / nothing is playing. This wasn’t an issue until this update.  

The Service "Familystream" can't add in the new Sonos AppWhen is the solved? It is a know issue, I think so!

what on earth have you done to the app! it’s hopeless and I am lost. can’t seem to play what I want where I want and alarms, that I use a lot, still work on current setting but where are they? what a dissster!!!

The last several days (perhaps even a week) I have gotten no sound when I selected any of my saved Stingray stations.  Yesterday I noticed that the Stingray service is no longer even listed among the services offered.  I really like their music stations.  What happened?

I don t find my Sonos playlists anymore after update app on ipad

Did not find it in the update.Can't set any alarm or sleep timer.

New app doesn’t have all the functions working and has removed many much loved features. Give us the old app until you have the new one fixed and customer tested.

let your voice be heard and send an e-mail straight to the SONOS CEO (ceo@sonos.com) to complain about the horrible new SONOS app until this total mess is fixed.

I’m trying to play Sonos Radio HD, and reconfirmed my subscription and billing are active. On the mobile app or even using the PC controller I keep getting an “Sonos Radio HD - Unable to play "Sonos Radio" - access is denied” error. The song plays, then skips to another part of the song, then ends. Just me or anyone else?

With the new iPhone app:-how does one control MUTE? I cannot find it anywhere. -Where did the charge level go for each unit? It used to show what percentage charged they were but now nothing? Not being able to MUTE is maddening! Anyone know how? Thank you! 

If I press the Hide option on the Home Screen for the Recenlty played, nothing happens and it doesn’t get rid of it.Also if you select to Edit the Home Screen, it tells you to delete or reorder the items on the Home Screen but I can’t see a delete option at all there.The Hide option on my iPad Pro did work and did hide the Recently played.The above 2 things are faults that I haven’t seen mentioned elsewhere. I have many issues with the new apps but that has been discussed in other threads. On the whole, having been a faithful Sonos user since the early days, I’ve lost all confidence in this company and won’t buy any new hardware from them. 

I must say, I’m thoroughly impressed with the innovative approach you’ve taken with your product. It’s not every day that you find a product where the main feature is a decorative piece rather than functional. Who needs music from a music system anyway? The app and the array of unusable features and services are a joy to behold. And let’s not forget this isn't a new norm for SONOS, but how you choose to do business. What SONOS has turned into sparks joy throughout - look how that stock price has performed YTD. Bravo to the company leadership on such a multifaceted masterpiece of a company you lead. Losers. 

Clearly, the support staff are extremely busy - presumably fielding queries regarding the new updated app.Certainly, I can’t get through to them.So, I’ll ask this question here:Has anyone heard mention of rolling back the app to the previous version?Has anyone asked?What was the response?Thanks.
