newest software wont advance as it wint update.

Sonos upgraded to the latest s1s2 and the separate Sonos app and now it's saying it needs an update and then it comes back with an error and that's all you can do it says to reboot your router done that it says to reboot your phone done that done everything it says to do and it still won't update so does anybody have a link to the older software the software that was in existence say 3 weeks ago I'll install it manually and go back to the original software until they figure it all out
