Hi as per title - Is anyone having problem with Apple Music Recently Added? I'm getting Something went wrong. Try again.I normally use this ‘feature’ a lot I add new music in Apple Music app and then switch to Sonos to play it. I’ve been away a few days and just got back and I’m now getting this error. Everything else is OK. I tried removing and re adding service but same error. I’ve log the problem with Sonos support. Thanks

Does anyone else have problems playing Spotify through Sonos arc ultra and surrounds with sky glass, I’ll be playing music and it’s cuts out to TV even though TV isn’t on? 

I store all my music on my Mac.  I’m concerned as I don’t see support planned for a native Mac app.  Intel support is ending soon.  How will Sonos access the music on my Mac without a native app?  

From yesteday Soundcloud service is broken in my S1 setup. Files not encoded properly .. again.. guess its happening to more than me..

Hi.  I’m curious if anyone out there has any current experience successfully installing the Sonos Controller in a Linux based OS, specifically Zorin.  I say “current” because almost every thing I’ve found on this subject is from some years ago, so just looking for something hopefully a bit more current.I have an old W10 laptop converted to Zorin OS, Zorin because it’s the most Windows like, they say.  When it was running W10 I could run the Sonos Controller and I play music through our Sonos ARC.  I’d like to be able to do that with Zorin if possible.  With the Zorin OS I’ve been able to a point in the installation process where it almost completes the installation but but fails with the following: Any thoughts, comments or questions would be appreciated.  Thank you.

SONOS closed this conversation on the community. YET , two years later the issue still exists. Has anyone actually found a fix? And why has SONOS screwed this ump so bad then NOT fix it? See all the screenshots in the closed conversation. I have reset, re-synched, signed in/out, powered up/down  everything.  Is there a real solution? 

Suddenly the SONOS S2 app on MAC OS Sequoia 15.7.3 when it starts it spends 5 - 6 seconds searching for the sonos network. Then announces my Firewall settings need changing. Funny as the firewall is turned off on this particular laptop. Anyway it eventually gets past this and then announces the app needs an update. Hit the search for updates button, funny as there are no updates. What the hell is going on with this piece of junk? Maybe unrelated but when playing across multiple devices, some devices go quiet for upto a minute then continues. No indication of issues and at least one device continues playing without issue.  

Is anyone else having an issue with the SiriusXM not showing up as an available service within the Sonos app? I have IPhone 16 and all apps/iOS are updated. I have also noticed that others services like “I Heart” and “Pandora” aren’t on there either. Not really caring about those, but would like to be able to not have to AirPlay it. 

Good afternoon.  I’m trying to ad a radio.co (.co, not .com) station to the sonos system without any luck. The streaming address is https://s4.radio.co/s7e7b6c165/listen  On Macos, I add it trough “Manage > Add Radio Station” . There is no feedback from the interface on submit, and the station is nowhere to be found. How to fix this? Thank you. 

Since updating my Macbook Air to Tahoe [now at 26.3.1]  the SONOS app fails to find SONOS on my local network until i open  System Setting>Privacy & Security>Local Network  and then turn the SONOS app setting off and back on. This situation as occurred in with past updates and was eventually patched, but this time it seems to be taking a long time. Any suggestions for something I’m missing on my end? 

Is there a glitch in the app that is causing all my speakers to be set based on one speakers volume level- I do not have them paired .  Also when I open the app it takes minutes for the speakers to appear.  

For several months, I have been experiencing persistent issues with the S1 controller and Amazon Music. Despite reaching out to support for help, the problem remains unresolved. I have been a longtime user of both Amazon Music and the S1 controller, but ever since the most recent S1 software update on iOS, I can no longer use control Amazon music without constantly receiving the error message: "This song is not encoded correctly."I have already tried all standard troubleshooting steps, such as rebooting the devices, restarting the router, ensuring all software is up to date, and reinstalling the Amazon service within the app—none of which has resolved the issue. I’ve had my Sonos units for some time - in those years I’ve had to go through the whole reboot router, system and all speakers maybe 3 or 4 times, which is a pain as I have them mounted near the ceiling in my warehouse, which means moving the ladder around and climbing up and down, holding some combination of controls, unplugging/plugging, etc.  Today I opened the Sonos app on my Mac, and it can’t find any of my speakers - I’ve updated the app, no joy -  The speakers are all present in my airplay selector, so maybe that's the best to use them. But I just discovered that the Sonos web interface has all my speakers and favorites and works great - but not the app (again) - which tells me that they are all working, and everything necessary to operate them exists somewhere. Why is this so hard? It’s the main reason I steer friends away from Sonos - 

My controls on my Sonos app is not working. I cannot hit the Play button on any of my speakers to play music. I updated my app and Sonos app on my computer. The only speaker to come back is Move. The other 9, the Play button is grayed out, unable to play anything. Do I need to go to each speaker and unplug & plug back in to reset them? 

After the latest update i can no longer change the time for an alarm or set up a new alarm. All on a Samsung phone. The keyboard disappears before I can type any numbers. Don't people test these updates before they are rolled out?

Why am I being denied access by Sonos to a particular track from an artist - yet can play other tracks from the same artist ? 

Can SONOS create the ability to create a playlist and add songs? Like Spotify, etc. Or is that an option I don't know about?

My Music Library is located on an external drive attached to my iMac. I have 2 Sonos speakers and the Sonos app on the iMac and on an iPad. I’ve tried everything to get the app to see the library but nothing works. Always “no longer available”. Can anyone help with a step by step idiots guide? or at least tell me if this scenario is just not possible. At the moment my speakers are just ornaments

In the Sonos iOS app, scrolling generally freezes in the volume slider window.   This probkem seems worse on the iPad than on tne iPhone.   Resettng the app, clearing the cache, and rebooting the device did not solve the problem.   Luckily, scrolling the volume sliders still works in the Mac app.

Hi! I work in a restaurant that has two different rooms where we normally play two different playlists. Normally thats not a problem but we have recently had a message saying “playback from Spotify was stopped because playback was started from another room or device. Spotify limits the number of simultaneous audio streamsyou can access from its services” but that has never been an issue in the past. Is there a way i can fix this? We use Ipads as our music control and our sono’s app to decide the playlists.  Thanks
