I have two Apple iPhones can the Sonos App operate my Sonos speakers on both Apps or only one App on one mobile phone. Thanks 

I’m having a super frustrating issue with my Era 300s stereo paired to a Sub Mini. Every time I AirPlay from my phone, I get the spinning wheel followed by an “Unable to connect to [room]” error. If I tap the speaker again, it connects instantly and after that, it reconnects fine until the next day when the problem repeats. Here’s what I’ve tried with no lasting fix:Rebooting my phone, router, and modem Hard resetting the speakers and the app Swapping routers (ISP issued router > Linksys Velop > Eero Pro 6E) Setting DHCP reservations Calling Sonos support (they just suggested another reset) The weird part is no other AirPlay 2 devices on my network have this problem (HomePods, Apple TVs, LG TV, JBL soundbar) and it’s not isolated to my phone either because I can reproduce this issue on all iOS and macOS devices in the house. It’s not the end of the world, but waiting 20–30 seconds every day to stream music adds up to a very frustrating experience. Since the new software update last month I can’t airplay from my iPhone to any of my Sonos speakers. Play a track, select airply options and the speakers are all showing, once you click on a speaker, the tick comes up but no music plays.  after 3-5 seconds it times out and starts playing out of my iPhone speaker again.This is the same wether it’s Apple Music app, YouTube, whatever. So it isn’t a 3rd party app issue. Sonos is up to date on software updates and network updates. and yes, everything has been turned off and back on for a reset :)The Sonos app works fine and plays. speakers work fine with TV and also from my wifes Samsung phone she can play to any speaker, so it has to be an apple to Sonos connectivity issue specifically via airplay.  Any ideas??

Spotify Lossless is now working on my Sonos Fives, but it still says it's not available on my Sonos Ones. Is this because it's still being rolled out, or is it not going to be enabled on Sonos One?

Just moved to Tidal from Spotify and now I can’t do artist radio in the Sonos app.So many threads about this but no resolution? Come on Sonos, any update? This is ridiculous.

Things have been working great for a couple of years when suddenly this afternoon we started losing connection to the sonos. I listen to online radio stations a lot using the Sonos app. I've noticed that often, the artist and song doesn't update when a new song comes on. Anyone else have this problem? Anybody know of a fix?

Since the Omnishambles of May 24 the TuneIn integration has been hamstrung and it’s take WAY too long to fix.Issue 1: Navigating to a podcast and clicking on the text or play button adds the entire series to the queue, not just that episode. The episode plays, but I don’t want the whole series, just the one podcast as I may want to mix things up and listen to a number of different podcasts in a row. This renders the whole queue useless.Issue 2: If I long-press the text or play button I get the sub-menu up from where I can Play Now / Play Next / Replace Queue etc. This functionality works, I can use it to add individual podcasts to the queue. Yay! Only problem is they don’t play, and I get the “Couldn’t Play Content. Try Again” message.Issue 3: As of the last few days even if it’s a 20 min episode all I get is 45 seconds of adverts before it moves to the next episode in the queue and this is repeated.Bored of the UX issues now Sonos. It’s been over a year.

Good afternoon, So how long now, 1 and half years and features that were on the existing app are still missing. Come on Sonos.1. I hate how I can now longer update/save a playlist if I add a new song to queue. Why, this should have been fixed by now?2. When a song is playing you can no longer select the x3 dots and view the artist or Album. Little things like this are still missing and in my opinion how can these features not be available in the app. This is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad.Please, please, please fix this SONOS. You have promised so many times that these features would be back, however I’m still waiting.

Hi there, this has been an issue for quite a while now, sometimes it completely prevents me from streaming content and at other times it’s intermittent.Basically, I like to be able to stream YouTube on my phone via AirPlay, listening to narrations and other audio content there which is not available from audio only platforms.I get an error on youtube “Something went wrong”. This can happen immediately preventing me from listening to the content on my Sonos speakers or, just as annoyingly, start and then get the error at random times during playback. This random stop may then prevent me from listening or a refresh may work for a while before it happens again.If I don’t AirPlay to my speakers it works just fine. I also tried streaming to my Apple TV, to see if it was an AirPlay problem, however that worked just fine.After scowering the internet, it seems to be a known issue. I have 3 Sonos speakers. I use them always. This morning my app showed ”No Content” under the name I gave each speaker. I rebooted a speaker but still no content. I checked my router and it shows the speakers all connected to the network. I was using Sirius programming and in the Sonos app it showed as working with the name of the song, etc. One of my speakers is a Roam 2 that was not powered on. I powered it on and it showed on the network but had the same message of no content and i couldn’t play anything on any of the speakers. So, I’m not sure what the issue as and i think i did the things I should. Any suggestions?

Hello,I have an HHP Omnibook laptop using windows 11 with the sonos (s2 controller) app installed.  I have tried everything in the articles that I have been reading from sharing the folder, turning off my firewall (windows firewall is the only one I have), using the ip address in the folder name, etc.The music library that I am attempting to add is on the hard drive of this laptop.  I get the following error:  “sonos was unable to add the music folder reason:  unable to add the shared folder //scottnewlap/singles to your music library (1001).If anyone knows of a fix, I would greatly appreciate it.  Have a great day.Regards,Scott

Your Sonos app doesn't work and Spotify app never plays . It it does play it will pause or skips songs right after this is not acceptable.  Why did everything get worse this week and he's my app is updated and speakers for the last update 

First of all, sorry because English is not my language. I hope to express my feedback correctly. Also I’m new in Sonos, so perhaps I missed something…I’ve spent a small fortune in my living room set up with an Arc, a Sub and two Era 300. After that I was anxious to test Dolby Atmos music, so I replace Spotify first to Apple and then to Amazon music. First shock, when I realised that AirPlay is not able to play in Dolby qality, so the Sonos app use is now mandatory if you want to get all the features you pay for… and then a nightmare starts:You can’t play next or previous song from the blocked screen of your phone. Now I have to unlock the mobile every time I want to change a song. That’s not the way I used to play music before! You can’t change the volume with the mobile buttons. And it’s even more annoying as it’s a common need when you’re listening music. Songs jump when I’m using Apple Music through the Sonos app. Not always, but every 20 or 40 minutes you have a glitch. I have been streaming Spotify on the highest quality music for years. now with update from Spotify streaming Flac but speakers does not switch from 320K to FlacI have a Beam and Play3 pair and Play1 pairs in other rooms. iPhone as a controller. Do these older Sonos speakers support Spotify Lossless audio?Is Spotify now streaming in Flac or do I just have to wait until October

Hej jag bytte router på nätverk vilket gav mig ny WiFi adress. Då upptäckte jag att Sonos1 fortfarande fungerade med min gamla Controller 200 via den hittar jag mina enheter men jag kan inte se mitt system via appen Sonos 1 i telefon som då har det nya WiFi namnet. Jag kan inte lägga in in ny musik på mina 2 NAS som sköter mitt musikbibliotek.Jag tror systemet går på den WiFi som Sonos själva hade när systemet startades upp. Mitt system är från 2008 så jag har varit med länge. Nu vill jag få över systemet till mitt nya WiFi för att kunna hanter ny musik, lyssna på radio och andra musikkanaler som inte går att få in på det WiFi nät Sonos ligger på nu.Öppnar jag min Sonos1 app på telefonen så hittar den inte mitt system. Hur gör jag för att få över systemet till mitt nyaa WiFi som går via en Telia Router och ett TP Link Mesh system?mvhTommy Palm 

I had the old system for a loooong time. Just set up new system few weeks ago. Had some guests over and using my phone i went to increase the volume of my 300 (kitchen) speaker in the GROUP of 5 speakers... the setting was on 15. I used the slider to increase it to 30 but within seconds it would go back to the original setting of 15. All other speakers dont seem to do this (i have 2 100s and a MOVE 2 and a TV sonos sound bar. 

Album art is working for my local NAS library when I'm selecting albums, and shows in the summary page when I'm playing a track.   But when I look at the queue there's no album art. That's not a big deal when just playing an Album but it's a pain when building a multi-album queue or playlist.  This works on the iOS app, and I thought it was working recently in Android. But not any more. Had something changed? I don't think anything has changed in my set up. I have re-added the music library, but that doesn't help.  

For the past few weeks, I've been having issues with all my Sonos speakers when using Spotify Connect.  For example, if I've previously used another service like Apple Music or Amazon Music and then open the Spotify app and connect to a speaker, nothing plays.I have to start Spotify playback from the Sonos app first, and only then can I connect via Spotify Connect from the Spotify app.  This has been happening for about two weeks now.It's really annoying because if you start directly from the Spotify app, there's no way to hear anything—it’s as if the speaker doesn’t activate. For more than one and a half year, Sonos users have been waiting for a solution to the annoying issue that it isn’t possible to play albums (eg. from symphonies): When a movement (or song) has finished, it doesn’t continue to the next one. This is what ​@Jamie A from the Sonos staff wrote three months ago on a one and a half your old issue:I’ve contacted our team and raised this with them, after testing on my end and asking my colleague to try as well, we also weren’t able to play albums using IDAGIO. This has been raised as an issue as this is not expected and I’ve tagged this thread with the relevant bug report.We don’t have an ETA to share on when this will be resolved, but the team is aware and working on a resolution. I was informed that this should only occur on the mobile version of the app, you should still be able to queue using the desktop version of the Sonos app. Another workaround would be to make a playlist of the album in the desktop app, which I understand is not ideal

Using S2 Build 80.29.6-release+20250918.549b8db on Android when I play from a playlist and click on the playlist button located bottom left in the UI I’m taken to the playlist successfully but the track shown as being played is always one below what is actually being played. The playlist button always takes me to TrackBeingPlayed+1If it makes any difference, the playlist is playing files stored locally on my Sonos Library, not Amazon, Bandcamp etc.As an example in the image below, the track being played was RAH Band - Electric Fling but Dwight Druick - Georgy Porgy was showing as the track being played Is this a known issue with playlists?

I have never had a problem in years with my sonos and all of a sudden in the last few weeks its been a headache. I initially could see all my devices on my app, but when going to play music, it would show as if it was playing but no sound.  So I reinstalled the app, no luck. I factory reset each item and still when I go to add it, it fails at the updating stage with the exclamation mark and try again. Cannot finalize the connection.  I now have a dead system and have tried unplugging all items and the router for 15 min and then pluging the sonos back in. Nothing is working. Both the computer app (mac) and the iphone.  I keep getting 1067 and 1066 errors and try again when trying to update. I am at my wits end. Any one have the same issues? Thoughts?

Once again, Radioplayer is no longer working after the Sonos update on October 6th.... This is really annoying!!!!!!!!
