Hi, I have a problem with playing Apple Music Chill recently. Everything from Apple Music works just great, only Apple Music Chill radio won’t play and the app shows message the It’s not encoded correctly.Everything others plays with no problem.I tried to reauthorized the Apple Music, delete it and add it again etc.Strange is that all other stations plays with no problem and I doubt that Apple is encoding that one station differently then the others.Any idea? Thanks, Jakub 

As of a couple days ago I can no longer connect to PLEX.   I get“Something went wrong. Try Again” when click on artists from my favoritesand“No content items available” when clicking on Plex iconI can cast to my sonos speakers from the Plex app (not plexamp) on my computer.If gone through all the suggested steps I could find from the internet.  I guess my question is to see if anyone else is experiencing it or if it's just me (and for how long).  If its everyone, then hopefully its (another) screw up and they’ll get around to fixing it eventually. super frustrating that something that has worked for years just stopped working especially when its the reason I went with Sonos.

Hi as per title - Is anyone having problem with Apple Music Recently Added? I'm getting Something went wrong. Try again.I normally use this ‘feature’ a lot I add new music in Apple Music app and then switch to Sonos to play it. I’ve been away a few days and just got back and I’m now getting this error. Everything else is OK. I tried removing and re adding service but same error. I’ve log the problem with Sonos support. Thanks

This problem is new to me. When I either scan my NAS library for more music, or remove the library and reattach it, I get two or three albums which index incorrectly. Specifically:The album appears 3 times in the album list Each instance contains the SAME single track (not different tracks, as would be the case if there was an AlbumArtist tagging issue) The other tracks in the album aren't shown anywhere The album can be seen in full and played from the folder navigation No changes have been made to the folder structure or tagging on the original filesI've attached screenshots. The key point seems to be each instance contains the same single track, not different tracks as happens if the tagging on a compilation album is incorrect. This usually corrects itself if I go into the underlying file structure and move the MP3 files into a newly created folder (a tip I saw elsewhere in this forum). i’ve seen this on an old topic which is now closed. Playing wxrt on audacy on my sonos (original play1 speakers) and it will start up plating and just stops after 5 minutes or so.  sometimes it will play all day if i leave it on but lately im lucky if the station plays 10 minutes. sometimes it comes back on but usually not. if i have the app open, it just shows  that the music is stopped and i can hit the play button to resume. but again it my stop again a few minutes later. it’s not my wifi. if i play the same station and app on my receiver with bluos, it plays fine and doesn’t disconnect. 

Hi all,I tried many time after updating to iOS 26 and wanted to connect with Sonos app to my Sonos play 1. But it does not work and even when I connect cable it works but once I take out the cable again it is gone and not working. Anyone know the issue ? Thanks 

I paid £19.99 for the Sonos 2 speaker controller during my Sonos 2 setup.  It came from Apples AppStore. Was that a con?

I recently added a Move 2 to my system. I also started using Apple Music. I have no problem starting to play music on the Move 2 using Apple Music: I start playing a song, then click the airplay button on the bottom. I see all of my Sonos speakers. I click the Move 2 button, and it starts playing. The problem is, after some random amount of time, it will stop playing on the speaker, and it seems to have disconnected. I have to go back and hit the airplay button again, and click Move 2 again to resume playing. This happens without fail after 10-20 minutes or so. I don’t seem to have this problem on my other Sonos speakers. I don’t THINK this happens when using Spotify, but I haven’t fully vetted that. I do not suspect a Wifi issue - my home has a professionally installed wifi system with full coverage throughout the home, extremely fast (1G service, generally get 600MBPS down in every room). Any suggestions? This is really frustrating. 

Anyone else having issues streaming BBC radio since Nov 1 is USA. No longer working on Sonos or tunein. I have tried via sonos speaker, also tried direct with tunein and access seems to be terminated, maybe licensing issue. I have managed to access it through mytuner radio but it’s not as slick. BBC sounds app is no longer available outside of UK. Help!

Is there a plan to improve the volume control on app?

Hello Sonos Team and Community,I own multiple Sonos speakers (including One SL) and have been a loyal user for years. Recently, I can no longer play Radio Rock (Finland) on Sonos. Instead of the station, I only get “Welcome to TuneIn” and ads looping endlessly.Here’s what I’ve tried:Removed and re-added TuneIn (New) in the Sonos app Logged in with my TuneIn account and added Radio Rock as a favorite Rebooted speakers, reset network, cleared cache Tried Sonos desktop app and mobile app Verified that the station works in TuneIn’s own appNothing works. Previously, I could add a custom stream URL to Sonos and bypass TuneIn issues, but Sonos removed that feature in recent updates. This leaves me with no way to listen to a major Finnish radio station on a multi-thousand-euro system.This is unacceptable. Please:Fix TuneIn integrat

I just bought a used phone (Samsung galaxy s6) to use as a dedicated Sonos controller. When I go to Google Play to download the app I am getting an error message saying “This app is available only for your other devices”. It offers to install the app on my other phone and tablet, which both already have the app. Same story with both Sonos app and S1. Searching for ‘sonos’ in Google Play pulls up nothing! Same with clicking on the ‘Sonos Inc.’ link.Is it the phone? My old phone was an S6 and I used Sonos on it without problems. I’ll keep searching the archive here, but haven’t found reference to this particular problem. Help!Kim 

My Sonos beam keeps disconnecting from my WiFi and when I try to reset it through the app it cannot find my beam to connect it, but the odd thing is when I use the google voice function it can give me the news, weather and other things like that but it won’t let me stream my music. I’ve unplugged the beam for a few minutes plugged it back it and the problem still persists, app is up to date WiFi signal is good and strong just not sure what’s going on.  any help would be much appreciated thank you 

I am having problems getting radio stations and Sonos seem unable to help. They have told me to delete all services except Sonos radio, but there are no normal radio stations available!

Why is it every few months an app update bricks all my speakers!!! This just keeps getting worse and worse. What kind of a company is actually coding this rubbish???

I can listen to Classic FM live via Global Player on my Sonos system with no problem.  But how do I play something that’s available via catchup in Globalplayer?  I’m currently playing it through my PC speakers with globalplayer.com in my web browser.

My music library is on iTunes in my pc. I have 15 discs with various artists in each disc. When connecting my music library to sonos it splits each discs into sub-discs. For example a disc with 20 songs by 4 artists will be dived by sonos in 4 four sub-discs, one for each artist. How do I avoide that?

Does anyone else see a benefit to being able to turn the Loudness feature on and off for all the products in a specific room or zone withough having to go to each product’s Settings > product > EQ > Loudness setting individually? … or be able to adjust all the EQ settings for all the products in an entire room or zone without having to visit the Settings for each product?

I used to have a workflow that did it’s job as long as I was on S1 and iTunes. ChronoSYnc syn<ced the whole library to my Synology NAS(DS413j), Smb1 was allowed , the User, used for SOnos had all the reading and writiging rights for all shared folders and subfolders. Now, I felt I needed to move on to the new apple ecosystem with Music, Books, Movies, Podcasts and so on. Now, since the ist no automatically created iTunes Library.xml anymore I tried to create this by hand and place it in the NAS share used and indexed by Sonos.I alos trief to create m3u playlissts and to adapt all paths to thecorrect  NAS  paths. However, I cannot find any imported playlists in Sonos. The NAS folder is displayed and I can scroll through it and play music from there, but this isn’t practicable for me since I have  thouands of songs an audiobooks that are all organized in playlists. Is Sonos still able to import playlists from Apple Musik

Entire Sonos system has disappeared from Roon! Can see the speakers and connect with them via Airplay on Roon but the sound is poor. How do i get the Sonos network back onto Roon?

Please can someone help me before I lose my sanity. My son was connected to one of Sonos speakers last night.  He is out of the house currently and I cannot connect to the same speaker. When I go in the Sonos app and go to the speaker, it shows as my son’s spotify connected, but not playing. When I hit play it starts playing his Spotify on the speaker, even though he is listening to Spotify on his own phone outside the house. That pauses his spotify on his phone and starts playing it through the speaker in the house. He can play it from his phone and take it back to his phone, but either way I still cannot connect to the speaker in the house.  How do I kick someone’s connection off?  It’s ridiculously bad design that when someone chooses to play to a specific speaker that it doesn’t take priority over what was last conected! Does it expect me to go through multiple people and ask them if they’re connected to my speaker???? Please anyone if you can help because I’m ready to bin the w

I own a restaurant and use Sonos in tandem with Tidal. For the last 8 months since we’ve been open, the playlists I have built in Tidal have been the only way we have music playing in-house. Out of the blue, when we go to those same playlists, nothing shows up, and the drop down says that “Something went wrong”.I’ve re-authorized tidal in Sonos, along with all the other recos available. Please help.

I’ve noticed today that “My Likes” playlist of Amazon Music (“Mis Favoritas” in my case) is not working anymore if I try to play it from Sonos app. Not a problem in Amazon’s app. Also no problems with different playlists. I’m almost sure that I played it successfully some weeks ago but now, when I press the play button, an spinning circle is shown for a while and then nothing…I’ve checked the web and it’s a similar thread in Amazon forum from the 4th of November, but no solution. The answer from Amazon staff is to follow all the “classics”, that of course I’ve done spending a lot of my Sunday’s time:Make sure you have the latest version of the Sonos app installed ✅ Deauthorize/Unlink Amazon Music from within the Sonos app ✅  Sign out of the Sonos app and then restart your smartphone/tablet as well as your Sonos speakers ✅  Sign back into the Sonos app, and then re-authorize Amazon Music as a linked service in the Sonos app ✅
