Every now and then, SONOS app Sveriges Radio (P4) plays content with several hours delay. It can also start replaying segments from hours ago. Or loop.
If I stop, and hit play again, it normally starts broadcasting in real time. Then, after a couple if days, or weeks even it happens again.
Anyone else experienced this? Any clue why this happens?

Hi @JohanRHolm, welcome to the Sonos Community!

I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with Sveriges Radio on your Sonos system.

I’ve had a look around and can’t see anything on our end about a specific issue with this service. What I’d recommend would be to reauthorize this service in the Sonos app by heading to Account → Content Services → Sveriges Radio → Primary Account → Reauthorize Account. If you can’t reauthorize, you can instead remove the service then re-add it to do the same, by heading to Account → Content Services → Sveriges Radio → Remove Service.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, I would recommend submitting a diagnostics within ten minutes of the issue occurring, then reaching out to our support team for further troubleshooting assistance.

I hope this helps!

Awesome. I’ll try this. Otherwise; awesome products. Happy holidays!

We have the exact same problem on our Sonos with the SR radio app playing several hours delayed radio. How can we solve this?

Yes, I tried remove the service completley and re-added the SR app. But still its loosing the track of the live feed, and jumps back playing 2-3 hours delayed radio. I wasn't able to re-authorize, since the app is "user" free.

So, what did they say when you submitted the diagnostic, and called in?

My issue just re-occurred; 3hr delayed broadcast using Sveriges Radio P4.

Diagnostic report number ***********.

Happy New Year
