J’ai installé le service Radio France sur l’appli Sonos et quand je demande à Sonos “Joue France Inter “ Cela me repond que pour ajouter France Inter il faut que je l’ajoute au Service . Et l’enceinte se met à jouer un bruit blanc très désagréable. 

Comment éviter que l’enceinte diffuse ce bruit blanc Pourquoi il n’est pas possible d’utiliser Radio France par commande vocale ?

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble issuing a command for Sonos Voice Control to play Radio France Inter.

Sonos Voice Control (SVC) currently supports English-US and French and can also recognize the Top 400 US Terrestrial Radio Stations and all Sonos Owned and Operated Stations on Sonos Radio.

You can try adding Radio France Inter to your Sonos favorites and then remove and re-add Sonos Voice Control to instantly update that information.

If you don’t remove and re-add SVC, it might take up to 24 hours for the information to be updated.

Try to initiate the command after doing the above and let us know if that worked.

I am not sure about the white noise though. I would recommend you to Submit Diagnostics within 10 minutes of the white noise occurring and then reach out to our Support Team for some live troubleshooting.

I have exactly the same problem.

 

Radio France service is installed. When I ask SVC to play it says to install the service and then plays white noise. I can start the station directly

from my phone.

Même chose ici, tout fonctionait très bien (même étonnement bien) et depuis je rencontre les mêmes problèmes. J’ai retiré le service puis je l’ai rajouté à nouveau mais sans succès… Même problème…

 

Same here, everything was working fine (surprisingly fine) and since then I'm having the same issues. I removed the service and then added it again but to no avail... Same problem...

Alors donc c’est une problème récent.. je pense il y a 1.5 semaines?

J’ai essayé en plus à changer la langue.

en français la réponse demande installer la service Radio France et puis le White noise

en anglais la réponse n’est pas pareil. Sonos dit que il trouve pas le station. Donc il sais pas que les chaînes de Radio France existent.

J’ai déjà discuté par chat, mais on n’a pas trouvé un solution pour l’instant. Ils vont ouvrir un dossier

Oui, depuis envireon une semaine et demi.
J'utilise qu'en français, en anglais ça fonctionne très mal.

Je pouvais dire "Hey Sonos,, mets France Info dans la chambre pendant 20 minutes" et ça fonctionnait direct. Maintenant, même annonce et même bruit blanc que toi...

Ce soir, Sonos Voice est catastrophique sur tous les plans...

Tout se dégrade de plus en plus je trouve...

Tu as aussi le bruit blanc quand tu demandes en anglais? Pour moi seulement en français.

J'ai essayé en suivant les instructions indiqués mais depuis que j'ai supprimé puis ajouter SVC, la commande vocale ne fonctionne plus du tout.

Cela fait trois semaines que j'ai la Sonos Beam 2 est j'ai déjà du réinitialisé 2 fois l'appareil car la commande vocale ne fonctionnait plus. Un vrai chemin de croix

i would suggest chatting with customer support and calling them after and see what they can do. I will do that tonight after the chat person suggested it needs dedicated support. But I don’t know what they’ll suggest. I don’t want to delete everything

Je n'utilise pas SVC mais je rencontre également des soucis avec les stations de Radio France : impossible de les ajouter aux favoris sonos (comme suggéré plus haut) et donc d'y avoir accès facilement via l'application.

Ce problème est peut-être lié à l'impossibilité de lancer les stations via SVC...

Alors moi j’ai un problème un peu différent, tous les services de RF fonctionnent bien avec SVC SAUF France Bleu Pays de Savoie… Impossible de lancer cette station en utilisant SVC. Pas de bol, c’est celle qui m’intéresse…

A mon avis, le problème vient plus du service Radio France que de Sonos. Aucune idée d’où solliciter leurs dév pour ça…

J'ai appelé Sonos aujourd'hui et j'ai découvert qu'une nouvelle mise à jour avait été effectuée hier soir/aujourd'hui. Après la mise à jour, tout fonctionne comme avant décembre !

L'Installation de la dernière mise à jour n'as malheureusement pas solutionné le problème pour moi ! Toujours pas de France info ! :-(

Bon nouveau retour après avoir laissé désinstallé le service Radio France 24h et après avoir fait la dernière mise à jour hier.J'ai réinstallé Le service ce soir et ça marche 😜 !Radio france Info fonctionnel
