Impossible to launch a specitic Radio France channel using SVC

Hello,

I installed a new Sonos beam today but I found a very narrow bug.

After installed the Sonos voice control on the Beam 2, and the Radio France service, I find it impossible to launch the “France Bleu Pays de Savoie” live service using Sonos voice control (SVC). Other channels work (France inter, Franceinfo...) and even the other local France Bleu channels work (FB Armorique, FB Alsace...). Just the only particular FB channel I need, FB Pays de Savoie, doesn’t work.

SVC acknowledge the command, says “okay” or something but then I have the error chime and a message that this content cannot be found.

On a side note, FB Pays de Savoie can be launched via the mobile app normally. But it refuses to be added to Sonos favorites.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues playing via Sonos Voice. That station does show up on Sonos Radio, though I’m not sure why it wont play via voice command.

Adding the radio station to your favourites is the recommended workaround for when a station wont play, so I’d recommend generating a diagnostics after requesting the station via voice command, then getting in touch with our support team for further troubleshooting.

Hello, thanks for your reply. I’ve tried to add it to the Sonos favorites but here it is : none of the Radio France channels accept to go in the Sonos favorites. When I try to add any of them, it does not appear into the Sonos favorites…

 

EDIT : adding Radio France to the Sonos favorites using the Windows desktop app works fine. And they show in the mobile app afterwards.

I got a reply from Radio France tech service. They’re saying that the issue is from Sonos’ end and that a fix will come in a next release.
