Hi My daughters Huawei Y6 pro running Android 5.1 has a problem simlar to one reported for Huawei y5: The sonos app seems to start up, showing introduction screen for a few seconds and then fades out and disappears. Reinstalling does not help. No error messages. What to do about it?

Why can't I reorder my favorites? In Sonos Music Source SiriusXM, in Favorites, I can't drag and reorder my channels, which are just listed numerically. In the Tidal App, my favorite artists are alphabetized, but in Sonos Music Source Tidal, in My Music/Artists, they are in some random order, which is beyond frustrating?

I need to know how to unpair my phone app from my neighbors device. I cant power it off or unplug it, its not in my house, i cant connect to it from my phone. I can mess with his play list, but i cant sre my own sonos with my phone.

Running version 7.4 & all of my room settings are gone, can't do trueplay or modify anything. I'm not in the beta program either

Hi, I have two sonos play 1 speakers. One in my living room and one in my bathroom. Both are paired. Is there a way I can control the volume for each speaker independently? I would like the volume in my livingroom high and then the volume soft for the speaker in my bathroom. When I try to decrease the volume on my bathroom speaker it also automatically lowers the volume on my living room speaker.

Hello I have several sonos speakers (2 play1s set up as a pair, 2 Play5 gen 1 also set up as a pair and a connect amp). They are all directly connected to my network via ethernet cable (had a lot of problems with wi-fi dropping out). Since connecting ethernet cable directly, I had very few problems (for more then 1 year) but recently, I find that the play5 pair drops out of the group. Sometimes the controller even stops recognizing it, and the controller app prompts me to reconnect it. Do you think a 'factory reset' will help? I have seen the warnings that data could be lost, but I do not have any data loaded on the speaker, and only use the system to playback spotify from the controller app.

Hi all! I was considering switching from Napster to Google Play Music. For some reason, in the Sonos controller app, I cannot find any (user generated) playlists. See attached screenshots. It gives GPM results for albums, but nothing for playlists. On Napster, that used to work as far as I remember. On the GPM web interface, I can find playlists. Does anybody know if this is normal? Cheers.

Sonos was noticeably missing from Apple's announcement on Tuesday, Sept. 12th, regarding AirPlay 2 controlling speakers in multiple rooms. Is AirPlay 2 coming any time soon? If not, it sure seems like Sonos is asking to become a dinosaur by continuing to ignore Alexa and now AirPlay 2.

I love Sonos and can highly recommend the products. I really miss something in the app, and don’t know where to give my feedback, so I send it here, in the hope of that this will be given to the right persons. What do I miss in the app? - compatibility with Siri - a widget on iPhone to control the music easier – play, pause, change song. Sometimes the controller not compare on the lock screen, and then I really miss this widget, so I don’t have to open my phone and the app to control my system. - the option to lock the sound level on each speaker. It’s really annoying if you have a lot of speakers in different rooms, hear the same music in all rooms, and you want to turn up the sound up on 4 out of 6 speakers. Then you have to turn up the sound manually on each speaker. Instead of just lock the sound level on 2 of the speakers, and then have the possibility to drag only in the “head” sound level controller. This is a really big miss for me when I use my Sonos system.

This is going to be a tough one 🙂 Any way to show lyrics of what Sonos is playing (especially with radio as source)? I was actually thinking how to show this, maybe project i on a wall in my place or, if that's too complicated, through some device where Sonos controller is installed. Any ideas? Thanks

Instead of the Android users it is not possible for IOS users to direct cast music from the Google Music App to the Sonos system. I think this is terrible and a drama. When is this made possible?

I've managed to delete each song from an unwanted playlist, but the 'shell' with the title remains. How do I remove it entirely?

I have 1 x CR100 and 3 x ZP100. 2 x ZP100 are connected via WM:0 and 1 is wireless. They all show as WM:0 on diag. I did a factory reset on my CR100 and tried to connect it to both of the wired ZP100s. When I press the Mute/Vol+ on the ZP100 the controller shows connecting but after a few minutes it says: "This controller was unable to connect to a Sonos component. Please try again. (1)" I know it sees the system because it shows waiting for mute/vol+ and when I press it on the ZP100 it switches to connecting. It just wont connect. CR100 : Version : 4.3.2 (build 25133280) HW Ver: 1.2.3.2-1 Diag from PC app ref# : 7804230 Thanks for any help.

I am a big TuneIn Radio user and was excited to get Sonos for the integration as I was getting massive dropouts on Airplay. A major miss though is lack of Album Art on the controller. The stations I listen to all work in the TuneIn Radio on the iphone/ipad to display the album art, Sonos controller looks amateur by comparison only showing the station cover art.

Hi just brought the CR200 from eBay and trying to connect it so it works with my Sonos system , which can't connect to it. My playbar is wired to one of my home-plugs and than connects all my speakers together. For the CR200 to work do I need to get the bridge or boost for it to work? When I had the boost my Sonos worked sometime and would not connect other times. Please help me

Amazon echo just linked all speekers just like sono's. I think if sonos dont pull there finger out i will get more amazon echos instead of sonos a lot cheeper sounds not as good but. they said they would launch voice control early 2017 still waiting

Can i create play lists on android? If so how? If not can they be crated on PC and transferred? How? How do you clear the queue on android. Sonos has great sound bu total lack of instructions etc. I dont want to have to read through loads of forums etc to find out answers. basically i want a manual that has all the answers without all the other rubbish.

Hi.. Someone who knows how to delete a speaker completely so i Can reinstall it Can only separate Pairs but my problem is i have 4 speaker to move and pair togethers as on unit.

Create a simple playlist

This may be a silly question because I'm over 50. I have a large list of favourite songs on Sonos playlist which I use all of the time. Is it possible to transfer the whole list over to spotify so that I can play it on my phone? I know you can add each song separately but want to do the whole list?

This would create a solution for a number of "remote and voice" control options for selecting the TV source outside the SONOS app.

Hey y'all, Is there a way that I can prevent my teenager daughter from pi55ing the neighbors off whilst I'm away on business by having the music too loud? Each room as a Sonos 1 in and the lounge as a Sub, Playbar and 2 x S:3's but she groups all of them together and has the music loud. Is there a way I can lock the volume control to a level that will prevent this happening? I think it would be a great feature to have any help would be awesome. Thank you

`I recently replaced my Mac that I used to set up my Sonos system. I now have a PC and want to know how to have it be the internet source for the system. I had help setting the system up the first time so not sure exactly what was done then, so totally not sure now. What do I have to download to my new PC to have the Sonos system recognize it rather than the old Mac? Thanks.

Hello ! Where can I get the Sonos APIs ? The purpose is to create an UWP application to manage the Sonos' music lists (the Sonos Controler is a little bit too basic to manage great lists) ? Many thanks ! Eric
