I suddenly cannot browse my "Your Likes" YouTube Music playlist anymore, it says "Unable to browse music" (diagnostic 1592426814). How can this be fixed?

Hoping I can get some help here… I have a pair of Sonos One SLs paired together as part of a wired Sonos setup; my Sonos Play:One is wired to my router. Everything works great… EXCEPT AirPlay to these speakers when they’re paired.What happens is at some point, the speakers both go silent after anywhere between a minute to an hour. The streaming app on my iPhone X (usually Apple Music) indicates that it’s still streaming, I can use the controls to play/pause playback, I see the scrub bar moving, songs are still advancing through the playlist, etc. but there’s no audio! I can even pause (silent) playback using the touch controls on top of the Sonos speakers which is registered by my iPhone, although I cannot restart playback. The only way for me to get audio back is to disconnect AirPlay from the speakers then reconnect to them, but the problem eventually (and usually quickly) returns.This ONLY happens when the speakers are paired. Hi all,just wanted to share my experience while setting up Trueplay on an ARC because I find it hard to believe what I found. (All measurements done without phone cases, mics on both iPhones work generally as expected in everyday usage.)I have an iPhone X (2018) and a 1st generation iPhone SE (2016). When I got my ARC a few weeks back I set it up using my iPhone X. I immediately noticed a massive change in sound. The sound became a lot crisper, clearer but also way to sharp, hissy, with a complete lack of mid range and undefined, spongy bass.I have to say I’m a hobby audio engineer so I have somewhat trained ears as I listen on linear studio speakers on a regular basis. That’s not to say I expect my Home Theater setup to sound equally flat (otherwise I’d not have gone for Sonos speakers).However, the ARC after Trueplay tuning sounded just terrible. We have Apple Music Family Sharing.  My husband added his Apple account and my son added his account.  However, when I try to add my account it will not allow me to.  It allows me to add Apple Music but then for the log in, it is for my husband’s account and won’t let me sign in.  It is the same result if I try to add Apple Music to Sonos on my phone or my Mac.  I have no problems with directly using Apple Music on my Mac or phone.  In other words, I can use my own Apple Music account.   In trying to resolve the issue, I also discovered that I can not sign in to Sonos with my account information (email) and it automatically has my husband’s email  and asks for that log in.  I have deleted the Sonos apps and reinstalled with the same result on both my phone and Mac.  What am I doing wrong? 

I didn’t know about Sonos not supporting DTS until after I had purchased my Arc Surround System--ugh--and it never occurred to me that a premium audio company like Sonos wouldn’t support what remains the leading form of audio on what remains the best viewing experience for movies: UHD and Blu-ray discs. I have an Oppo 205 and was hopeful initially when I read various people report that Oppo does DTS to DD conversion on the fly. Let me confirm that IT. DOES. NOT. HiOver the last couple of days I’ve lost the control connection to all my devices whether accessing via iOS14, Android7 or Windows10.  I’m not aware that anything on my network has changed.  Diag #1441113905 S2 ver 13.  All on same wifi ssid.I think I’ve tried everything, following the instructions for re-connection in the apps, and sometimes I get some progress, but now have nothing connected.  All devices re-booted, router re-booted, one Sonos factory reset.  I managed to connect a Play1 by connecting wired.  At this stage, I did a diagnostic and could see all the units in the Network page of the web diagnostics.  It then disappeared when I tried adding the other devices back.  I separately got my Play3 connected, but that disappeared when I tried to connect back a Play5 (it got through most of the setup, and failed at the last step after the app switches back to the wifi network in use.I factory reset a Play1 and this got through most of the steps of adding b

All the Playbars stay on TV unless I change them.  The Arc says this after I turn the TV off for several minutes.  I have a Sonos Arc connected via e-ARC HDMI.  The TV sources are a Roku Ultra via HDMI and Tivo through a receiver via HDMI.   The problem I’ve been having is when I turn on the TV with either the Roku or Tivo, I frequently have to do all sorts of gymnastics to get the sound to come on at all and actually come out of the Arc.  I frequently have to turn the TV on and off or unplug the HDMI from the e-ARC and plug it back in, etc.  It has been frustrating.   One thing I’ve noticed is in the App, the Arc does not stay on TV input.  After about 10 minutes after turning the TV off the input within the app for the TV says, “Success! As of today, all of a sudden Apple Music won’t play - or plays one song, then stops.I’ve done the following:Unplugged then plugged back in the Sonos speaker Restarted my wifi router Reauthorized my Apple Music account Removed and then readdd my Apple Music accountNo matter what I do, the issue persists. I am able to play my Apple Music playlists using the native music app and airplay - I just can’t play Apple Music using the Sonos app.

At random times... my system starts by itself, often playing very loudly. This just started a couple months ago. Sometimes will start in middle of night, including the outdoor speakers. I have to figure out how to stop this! I tried disconnecting the system for a week while we were on vacation, but it did it again today when i plugged in the system again

This is so frustrating. After my last bout of “cannot connect” issues were solved (band steering) I thought I could settle down and just enjoy the music. Oh no that’s not to be. A few weeks back (I suspect after the last update) all my Gen 1 devices (Play 5 x 2 and one Connect) disappeared, leaving just my Play 1 visible. Several router and device reboots later I gave up and reset one of the Play 5s and the Play 1 to factory defaults (bad move - I should have reset the app first). Now I can’t get anything to connect for more than a few minutes, if that, and I’m in an endless loop of app reset, search for existing network, can’t find it, etc. I have one Play 5 (one that was not factory reset) connected to the router via ethernet. This sometimes appears, as does the Connect, but the whole thing is flaky. I managed to get music playing on the Play 5 for a brief time, but now the app can’t find the system again. Started having problems with Sonos App and speaker connectivity after last update. The speaker will only connect to wifi if it is basically next to the router. The WiFi has not changed and all other devices work fine in the house.

I'm waiting for a contact from sonos to replace a speaker. An email should have arrived with the instructions to follow but 4 days have already passed and I have not received anything yet. it seems strange. what are the average times? I am in Italy...Sorry for my english...thank you

Hello everyone,I just purchased an extra sonos play 5(gen 1) second hand for my system (I have 2 other play 5 and one play3, all gen1), I’m trying to factory reset it but I cannot get the light to blink white and orange. When I plug in the spreaker, the white light goes on for 5 seconds and then turns itself off after. It does that wheter or not I attempt to do a factory reset.Of course the sonos app does not recognise it, even when plugged directly on the router.Any help would be very appreciated!thanks,

In my account there is an old SONOS bridge showing up. Since many years this is already on the junkyard.  How can I remove that bridge from my account?   

Hi there -I’m getting pretty annoyed at Sonos.  I have literally thousands of dollars invested and some basic problems The ARC cuts out with connected to my Samsung 85’ TV when switch between music and TV.  I cannot tell you how many times i’ve had to unplug the HDMI cable and plug it back in I have no idea how you are b2C company that doesn’t offer weekend support.  Literally when someone is having friends over and having a problem what do they do?  I’ve been in the customer support business for 20 years and i’ve never seen a B2C company that simply does not offer weekend support.  I work in tech as an exec during the week and this means i have to block off time to fix the Sonos product.  Absurd. My wife talked to your team at xmas and got me the Pro-Ject T1 SB based off the Sonos suggestion.   After months of research tuns out they gave the wrong advice and i need the BT or the Port.  And she tried to return it and they said no

iOS 14; iPhone 6s; play1 I had S1 controller, had to update to S2, it loaded but when I am asked to accept view terms of use and then accept, just goes round in circles. I have uninstalled both apps and reinstalled but no difference. Turned phone and play1 off and on.Any ideas on how to get it installed?

I'm having intermittent connection issues, primarily with Apple Music and Pandora. Also, some speakers are slow to connect and cut in and out. I submitted a diagnostic report with confirmation #1084998246

When playing to multiple pairs of Sonons SL 1’s the right channel will drop from one of the pairs.   Apple Music on current OS.  

Port upgrade always fails. Sonos support has not been able to provide a solution. I can play sonos radio if I don’t upgrade but have limited functionality when not upgrading. So am forced to an upgrade that does not work. The port has a LAN connection to internet. 

I had to switch up my internet connectivity so now my modem and router are located upstairs in a 1500 sf home (2011 construction). Hardware:Boost, 1 Playbar, 2 Play: 1s, all connected on SonosNet.  Samsung TV - 6400 (Model# UN55JU6400FXZA): set to Dolby Digital; connected to the house Wifi. Optical cable (brand new, just replaced the original cable that came with Sonos) from TV to Playbar. When I change TV audio source from optical to TV internal speakers, dropouts stop. When I move the optical cable from TV to cable box, dropouts stop. Also, when I did this, also reseated both ends of the optical cable and gently attempted to wiggle both ends to see if connections or ports were loose and this had no effect, so it seems connections are solid. When I change TV Dolby setting to PCM, dropouts decrease, but still present. When I play music using music services from the app (Pandora or Amaz

Sonos One (google assistant active) the alarm comes on about 1230 at night, almost each day if not all days. There are no alarms set in the app as in the kitchen. Can't understand why and how to stop it.The alarm is a sort of chimes sound not radio or playlist.

I have a problem with the alarm setting: I prefer the morning alarm with my radio station on my Sonos in the bedroom and bathroom.  Normally it works normally.  Though, my Sonos is also connected to my TV and every time I watched TV and Apple TV, the following morning, the boxes in the bedroom and bathroom can’t find my radio station and they play Sonos Chime instead as alarm.  Can I fix this?

I have the latest Sonos app, I am subscribed to Amazon Prime, therefore I assume I can play those two million songs that Sonos quote. However, every song I try to play, I get a message, ‘Go Unlimited. Listen to music… sign up here...’I don’t want to pay for an additional subscription. So, kind people, how can I play some music?Thank you for reading.
