Does anybody know what the screw sizes for the official Sonos One stands are?

Thanks a lot !

Hi @Patrick1004,

After some more digging, I was able to find a discussion with some colleagues from a year ago where another user was missing screws.

Both screws are in metric, the screw that connects the top speaker platform to the pole are M2 x 15mm, and the screws that connect the baseplate to the pole are M3 x 15mm, so you’ll be wanting M3 screws.

I hope this information helps!

Hi @Patrick1004, welcome to the Sonos Community!

From looking into this, the Sonos One floorstand uses both M2 and M3 screws and the stand comes with four screws, two of each. I can’t however find anything regarding the length of the screws.

If you had recently purchased the stands from Sonos.com and are within the MBG return period, you should reach out to our support team who can resolve this for you. Otherwise, checking with a local hardware store would be your best bet.

I hope this helps!

Hi Jamie,

thanks a lot for your reply, highly appreciated.

just to be sure, the 2 screws I’m referring to are the ones fixing the base ground plate to the tube/pole.

M2 or M3 seems to me a bit too small size.

And you confirm that it is a metric and not imperial unit for the screw, right ?

thanks a lot in advance !
