Newlyset up Move 2 and connected ok on MacOs app but can't get Ios App to connect to wifi

I’ve connected my Move 2 via the MacOS app and am able to play music from my Mac.  I can’t seem to get it to connect on my iPhone using the iOS App.  It was working and was playing Spotify from my phone onto Move 2 but when I closed App and went back in it’s now showing Not Connected and has options to Add Speaker or Component or joint an existing system.  I can’t get either of them to work.  This has been a nightmare set up for something that should be so straightforward.  Not a good start for Sonos.

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with your iPhone app not connecting to your Sonos system.

Please open your iPhone’s settings, go to WiFi Networks, and tap the small “i” next to your WiFi and opt to Forget the network.

Next, connect back to your WiFi and open the Sonos app when connected.

I hope this helps.
