I have a room with IN ceiling speakers and Center. I want to use 1 amp for the fronts and center connected to HDMI Arc. There will also be a turntable attached to this amp and a sub. I want to use a 2nd amp for rear speakers and a 3rd for the kitchen. Will this work with 3 amps?

Just started investigating playlists.. using Android… don't seem to be able to create a playlist from music on my device, also don't seem to be able to create a playlist. Using the s2 app. Any pointers gratefully received...
I’m a Newbie. I save radio streaming stations, such as BBC Radio 3 to My Sonos. But where are the ones I have saved? Where is My Sonos? (Sonos 5)
Hi there! I have just simple question , I’ve hired Amazon HD and i live in Spain, is it possible to listen with ultra HD quality through SONOS app? thanks!
We currently have Sonos in 4 rooms: a Connect linking the main HiFi and TV, and single speakers in 3 other rooms:Bathroom: Play:1 Kitchen: One Bedroom: Ikea Symfonisk lamp. We’re thinking of getting an Amp for another room where there already some speakers working off a small amplifier, not linked to Sonos. When I look at our “upgrade” options: we’re offered 15% on each of our 2 oldest devices.2 questions:I thought there was a 30% upgrade on the Connect - why is ours different? Can the two 15% discounts be used on a single product?
Heywhy dont people join this discussion and support a request / insist Sonos create a backup option for ANDROID for sonos saves of playlists and songs etc. VOTE 1 here.No negative campers please. It could, in the simplest form be a text dump to email file or something. then things could be recreated manually at least by users. The commands are there in API’s but Im not a SOAP or Android programmer. “get playlist etc” would be one command and dump these to a txt file…..
Bonjour, Je dispose du SONOS SYMPHONIK connecté à l’aide de câble.Depuis se matin il m’est impossible de me connecter, j’ai le message suivant “le compte service associé est introuvable dans votre système sonos” Comment m’en sortir ?
I have a Samsung TV with eARC & have tried every combination on the ps4, bluray menus & TV options to get multichannel pcm when i play DTS or PCM 5.1 channel blurays but i am only getting PCM 2.0. I have tried PCM on the ps4 & DTS bitstream & also passthrough, pcm & Auto on the TV but again no joy. I have switched sources to make sure its not a HDMI handshake problem but again no joy. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
So I thought I understood how to take an S2-updated device back to S1, but it is not working for me.I am in my vacation home which has a Symfonisk setup on S1 and works fine.I brought a Sonos One with me, which had been upgraded to S2 at home. I factory reset it, then attempted to Add it to my Symfonisk system here, but the S1 app refuses. I get this screen:I have done this before, has something changed now and it is no longer possible to go-back, even when you have a working S1 system? (And I am well aware that the One is both S1 and S2 compatible).I really don’t want to move my vacation system to S2.
Hi,Is there any way I can get the same choice of music via Apple Music through Sonos as what I can via the Apple app on my phone ?I'm not sure if Ive explained that well enough but I have a lot more music ie: playlists, best of, Acoustic greats, mood music etc to choose from with the app but i can only Bluetooth the app to a car or portable Bluetooth speaker etc. Any way can get the same choice of apple music through sonos ?
Does anyone know what update 12.2.1 added or fixed? I just got it a few hours ago.
I asked Alexa on my Arc to play music from The Beatles, yet, I can’t find the Apple Music playlist that it’s playing on the Apple Music library. Alexa said it would play “The Beatles: Essentials” which has ~30 songs and I’m listening to many more songs (very good) and songs that are not included in any of Apple’s playlists. Could someone help me? I want to add that playlist I’m listening to, but it’s not even allowing me to
OK. Is what I’m about to say ideal? Nah. Not at all, but it works. If you listen to Pandora thru Sonos and want to access the ever-important “I’m tired of this track” feature, try this….When you hear that track, hop on your cell and open the Pandora app and it will display the song playing thru Sonos. On the cell, you can use that feature. Seem like a pain in the arse, yes, but that feature is what helps your playlists grow so it’s huge if you listen to Pandora often. Anyway, otherwise you’re gonna hear the same 50 songs over and over and over and over…..
I realize this is not likely a great question, but I’m wondering if anyone has some input or experience they’d share before I buy some speakers for an outside deck, about 500 square feet. Basically, would it be a better purchase be to get 3 Moves to cover that space, or 2 Moves and 1 Five to cover the deck? Just wondering if the one Five will provide a range that a third Move wouldn't and would improve the overall sound. thank you - Dan
Hi Im trying to work out what’s the best settings to use on my xbox now I have the sonos Arc, I use my xbox primarily for gaming but due to arc not having DTS I now use the xbox also for playing any disc that has DTS, so quite a few blurays. In xbox settings am I best setting to bitstream dolby digital or bitstream atmos. Would the latter work for DTS blurays and games, I gather it would do some transcoding. I believe some games also support atmos like COD modern warfare. Just trying to find a good setting that I don't need to keep changing. I know when I play DTS blurays I have to uncheck “let my receiver decode” otherwise xbox will send the DTS track to Arc and not work. Does anyone use bitstream atmos on there xbox for both movies and games? Thanks
Hi all, Can someone please tell me how to disable the mic button on the Sonos Arc so my 2 year old would stop pressing on it?
I have 2 Sonos Arc soundbars. I have an LG C7 and an LG C9. On the Arc attached to the C9 the HDMI CEC controls do not work. I can get audio through the eARC. The Arc attached to the C7 works normally. When I move the C9’s soundbar to the C7 I can't get any audio at all and the CEC controls still don't work. The C7 doesn't have eARC. The C7’s soundbar moved to the C9 works normally.Sounds like a bad soundbar maybe? On the Sonos app it claims that the C9 ARC mode isn't on but I have a Sony soundbar that I replaced with the Sonos and the ARC works. Also works on my PS5 and Nvidia Shield.
Does anyone from SONOS monitor this Board? I just switched from Spotify to Apple Music (via Apple One) and was pretty happy until I realized that Apple Music App cannot control Sonos directly as the Spotify App can. And to make it worse, the Sonos App does not show all of the new features of Apple Music when I add Apple as a Service. Is this something SONOS or APPLE needs to work on for the millions of customers. If this will not be improved I will likely switch back to Spotify. Thank you. Larry
Hi all! I currently use a Sonos Playbar and sub with my tv and for most of my listening. I also have a NAD 372C integrated amp with ADS L300c speakers and a Definitive Technology sub. This was my main system in my house when I lived in NY. I also had Polk 12 speakers connected to it in my main listening room. But, I only have the ADS bookshelf speakers here and compared to the way they sounded in NY, it can’t compare and I realize it’s because of the room acoustics. I rarely sit down and critically listen to music these days even though I am a musician and former band director, So, I hardly ever listen to the NAD system, but rely mainly on the Sonos system. I know that there could be a time when I want to just listen and the Sonos Playbar doesn’t have the clarity of sound in all ranges that i’m really used to. I’m wondering if I can get comparable sound results if I replaced the NAD amp with the Sonos Amp? Then I could have 1 system for everything. Thanks!
I am really struggling with this one I have just move my ZP120 into my TV room and connected the TV audio to line in on the amp. I am suffering a 2 second delay on audio and it’s pretty much unusable as it is.I have consulted the forums and set audio to uncompressed. I have also set Audio Delay to 75ms from 2000ms but it just won’t stay that way. As I look at the S1 app on my phone I see the Audio Delay jump back to 2000ms. I can’t make it stay at 75ms.HELP!App is 11.2.3 build 57381090Connect:amp is 11.2.3 build 57381090

Hi all, I am having trouble with multichannel LPCM since the update. I have the LG CX television which is set to pass through sound. Apple TV 4K and Xbox One X. Both devices set to uncompressed 5.1 and the Sonos Arc reports no signal or sometimes does play sound but it cuts in and out every second and is unwatchable. Is this a general problem since the update or something wrong with my system setup?
Not sure if this combination is possible to achieve stereo separation and enhance bass without breaking the bank and driving your neighbour nuts.2 x sonos one in stereo and adding 1 x play 5 gen1 to the group for some bass and sound stage.
