About a week ago I ordered my first Sonos setup. Ordered the Surround set with Beam, Sub, and pair of One SL. They are back ordered, and haven’t even shipped yet. Now the set is $100 less than I paid. I submitted a request through the chat to ask this, and received notice that it could be up to 7 days to receive a response. Should I return and repurchase, or will Sonos honor their current pricing and match the current prices? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks

Hey everyone,I’m updating to better, wireless multi-room sound and can’t quite find consistent answers. I need to build this set up over time for financial reasons, so I’m looking for pieces that can incorporate into a system, including eventually wireless speakers that can move outside (they don’t need to reside there permanently).I think I’d like to either start with one or two Symphonisk book shelf speakers or SL One speakers and also the Move speaker so I could have them wirelessly connect all together and move from room to room and take the Move the outside.Can the Move be incorprated into a Symphonisk or SL One set up? If it cannot, how can I utilize Sonos products in an indoor/outdoor set up? Thanks for any feedback, sorry if this a often repeated question. 

Apple TV (4K) is outputting sound to (non-existent) rear surround channels when playing 7.1 LPCM audio on Sonos Arc.The Arc should drop the extra 2 channels, or mix them into 5.1 output.I’ve tested with movies on the Apple TV app and channel check files in Infuse on my LG B9 (eARC). This is persistent with all Multichannel PCM settings combinations.

Hi there, looking for some advice, moved into a house which has in-built ceiling speakers running off a russound cav 6.6 system. There’s 6 channels/zones in the house. We have multiple Sonos speakers, 2 Sonos lamps, sub, play bar, 2 play 1 & play 5.  looking to know what’s the best option to connect the old russound system to Sonos. My current stop gap is using the play 5 with an aux cable but I know I’m not getting the best out of the service.any and all suggestions welcome. Do I need Port? How many speakers can I run off one port? Or is the Amp connect the best way? Again how many speakers can I run off one? look forward to knowing the best options- thanks in advance

Hello. I bought my second Sub today, because i was sure that i had read that i could use two in one room. Now I found out that i have to use two room an group them thogheter. Anyone know if sonos are planning to add this feature? I have a setup with arc + two play 1 and one sub from before. 

I have Sonos Amp, but also have the problem on an old Connect:Amp. Both are wired, not WiFi. I listen to TuneIn radio. The problem is that playback begins to stutter after an hour or two of playing. The music cuts in and out repeatedly. I'm able to resolve the problem by stopping play, then starting again. The same feed no longer stutters for a long while after restarting. But this used not to happen. Suggestions? Dave

Is there a feature to schedule Night Mode on and off? I often turn it on past 10 when people are likley sleeping but forget to turn it off. It doesn’t seem like I’m the only one asking for this feature. Can we get this implemented in the next release ASAP? Thanks

can I group just 1 new Five with an Arc and sub?

i'm building a new house and want to use Sonos for front porch, back porch and TVs.  can i install a Sonos speaker in the front porch ceiling and then connect 4 non-Sonos speakers to the one Sonos speaker?

In my Sonos S2 App (iOS) ½ the screen is used up at the top by a “Setup” option. Annoyingly this wants me to connect a pair of surrounds I have already setup with my Arc to one of the 3 beams we have on the network. On top of that I could do without being asked to try out Sonos Radio all the time which is also there. Hitting the x just gets rid of them briefly before they return.

I’ve selected a couple of my S1 devices to check out the trade up programme.  I’ve subsequently decided to not bother, sell the speakers on eBay and let someone else use the trade up.  However, the devices seem be stuck in the upgraded part of the programme, even though I haven’t, and won’t, use any discount code.  Does anyone know how to get them out of the programme, please?

Only need it for a speaker, not really any of the features the new ones come with.  Do you think it's worth $70 bucks at this point in 2020?

Hi there. I bought the Beam with the intention of then getting sub and two surrounds for a 5.1 system. The problem I am having with the Beam is muffled speech, bad enough that I cannot understand even with high volume.  I have Samsung Q70 TV and it's passing through Dolby 5.1 (Dolby 2.0 on channels that are not outputting 5.1) from Sky Q box. I also have Android box and Apple TV. Speech is the same on all. Ido not get any problems using TV speakers, or a cheap Samsung sound bar.  I have tried just about all settings and tuned with Trueplay, but speech still completely muffled and cannot understand anything without turning the volume rediculously high and even then, other sounds drown speech out. Reading internet forums, this seems very common. Some have said adding sub and surrounds really helps. My question is, does anyone have experience of the muffled speech problem and does the sub and surrounds really make a big difference? This week I'll either be adding Sonos sub and surrounds,

I have read the previous posts about using 2 Sonos Moves as rear speakers. Frankly that because they are portable, Sonos does not allow this, is ridiculous. Similarly to the inability to have a stereo pair in bluetooth which is also ridiculous.Sonos, as a cutting edge tech company with great products, your software is letting you down. Get these matters sorted. Much much cheaper UE speakers can do this. Why can’t you?? 

Hi,I am considering to buy Sonos for my home cinema. I currently have a BeoSound 2 (1st gen) in another room and would like to use that in Sonos as an additional multi room speaker. Previously had a Samsung tv (using Roku streaming with Roku remote)    - was able to pair Sonos soundbar with Samsung remote, and then after that,  the Roku remote took over and sound volume worked with the roku remote for the Playbar.     Bought new Series 6 TCL that comes with Roku built in, and Roku remote.     My playbar is still reading the old Samsung remote (white light lights up on sonos soundbar when I push the samsung remove volume buttons) .    I have gone into the Sonos>system> (Living Room Playbar+sub+Ls+Rs) > Remote Control Setup > Replace current remote> then pressed volume button on roku remote…..  no luck, does not pick it up.        Any help or advice appreciated.    thank you,  easycraig

How do I edit ‘My Top Tracks’ under Deezer?   Somehow there are a bunch of tracks in their that I don’t like, but I can’t see any way to get rid of them.The tracks showing in the Deezer site as ‘Favourite Tracks’ appear in Sonos, under the Deezer service as ‘Favourite Tracks’ (all good there)However, in Sonos under Deezer -> My Music -> My Top Tracks I have a different list of tracks that I want to edit.  I can’t see any matching list in Deezer (using the website).  My Top Tracks isn’t a regular Sonos playlist that I can edit.  Any ideas where this list is coming from?The real problem is that Deeer is putting these tracks into my Flow...  

Hi all any ideas when i turn the tv off with the remote or when i ask alexa to do so, pithing seconds the beam continues to play the tv audio any ideas why this is?

I have Epson 2150 projector. Thinking of getting a Sonos Arc. My Epson has the following 3 output ports: 1) Audio Out port  2) HDMI 2 port3) HDMI 1 / MHL port.Will any of these output ports connect to Sonos Arc?thanks! 

I have a Beosound 8 I’m trying to connect to a Sonos bridge (well I think that’s what it’s called) the app can see the device but no music is coming out of the speakers. I have the cables supplied plugged into the out ports on the back of the Sonos thing. Any ideas?

is sonos soundbar update required to continue to use the sonos sound system?  It says I have to purchase the update.

I wish to pair two separate shaw xr11 remotes to my soundbar. my wife and i each have a remote = marital harmony. i can pair either one but not both at the same time.
