I’ve selected a couple of my S1 devices to check out the trade up programme.

I’ve subsequently decided to not bother, sell the speakers on eBay and let someone else use the trade up.

However, the devices seem be stuck in the upgraded part of the programme, even though I haven’t, and won’t, use any discount code.

Does anyone know how to get them out of the programme, please?

I don’t believe there is a way to do that, at least in an automated / online fashion. You might try to call Sonos directly, but even the phone reps may not have the ability to access that database to manipulate it.

Unless they are bricked by the old program (and there's no solution for that), why would you want them out of the program?

One could assume the resale value of a speaker that still has the trade-up option available has a slightly higher value than one that has been ‘consumed’.
