In Front Right and Left with Sonos Amp connected to the TV along with the Sub and at the back (Rear) will take Era 300 or Sonos 5 , is this setup will work as 1 Surround setup or not ?
I don't want to use Arc , I want to use Right and left in wall Sonance Speakers with Sonos Amp + Sub + rear, back Speakers either Era 300 or Sonos 5 , can we do this setup or not.

This will work except for the Era 300's. They will not work with an Amp. See https://support.sonos.com/en-us/article/surround-sound-guidelines-and-limitations
To my taste Five would be a bit overdone for surrounds, but that's up to you.
