Hello all, I brought my move on vacation with me but not able to connect it to wifi. I tried with my account at  first and then tried making a new Sonos account but no good, since it will not connect to wifi the Bluetooth does not work either, any way to make it work? The hotel has open wifi so no password required.

My Sonos Roam wireless charger recently stopped charging my Roam. Curious if this would still be under warrenty?

Is there a way to connect a Roam with a wifi network in a place I am visiting rather than using Bluetooth? It’s difficult to use the phone and play music at the same time if using Bluetooth. 

I try to connect my Sonos device but keep telling me to tap the local network and I do but it doesn't connect the device

Hi, I am a new SONOS user. I recently have a new Sonos Roam SL, but I am unable to setup the pairing/connection for the first time using the Sonos Apps. The apps failed to connect using bluetooth and it asked to connect over a private WiFi, but the apps again it cannot detect the audio PIN nor the 8-digit PIN I manually inputed. I tried several times with different devices: iPhone, iPad, and Android phone. Is anyone ever experienced the same issues? Thanks!

I purchased a Roam Sl and had it sent one day air to take on vacation with me leaving tomorrow and have not been able to get it connected to my other Sonos products so I can get the Bluetooth working. I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with Support and was told they will let their engineering team know. Somehow the PIN does not match the product. I have tried reboots, signing out and in, unistalling and reinstalling the app. I am and IT guy and this has to be the worst rollout and lack of QA testing that I have ever seen! Has anyone else been let down like me?? I do believe I will request a refund and my one day air shipping fee for nothing!  

It wont turn off! It wont stop playing the loudest noise ever out of it. I’m going to throw it in the pool and get a refund this is insane. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO STOP THIS???

How can I see the level of battery I have left when on Bluetooth? It used to show on old Sonos app

I have a small system consisting of 2x one sl & 1x sub mini grouped as living room. I also have a Roam which is not grouped with anything. since the new app I cannot play any music on the Roam unless it is also playing on the living room. How can I use the Roam as a stand-alone speaker ie in the garden. All on the same Wi-Fi system and worked perfectly before the new app. 

It stopped working with the new system. It was paired to another too which is fine but the Roam just shows an ‘unable to connect’ message.

I bought a Sonos Move today and there is no way I can get it to work.  I thought an upgrade from a simple, but working Bose BT speaker was a good idea but it turns out it is not. My IPhone 14 does not seem to connect, it keeps aksing to set the network setting to allow but it already is.On my iPad at least the app responded and I was able to find the move but it now needs a system update which I cannot load because I am not the system owner of it ? Why make it all so difficult, why do I have to make some kind of profile, do a login on an online service, fill in all my details, confirm e-mail address etc. while all I want is to play some music. 

I just moved to a new place and i’m looking for a first speaker. Since the budget isn’t gigantic i was thinking for a few years to buy a move 2 put it ob my kitchen island that also connects to my living room. It was that or 2 x Era 100. Now my second question, if i buy the move 2 does it have a line in for a future vinyl player? Or can i later on connect a Era 100 to my vinyl player and let it stream to a Move 2 in another room?

Why with a web page and an app I can't delete system(s) and product(s) and start from step 1 again? For example, I have two products and when I logged in prior v80 I had to chose 1 of the 2 systems listed and couldn't delete anything so I could start over.
