My speaker is all of a sudden muffled. It was dropped about a year ago. Idk if this would cause damage? Or being in heated room

It’s possible that your Move may have been damaged from a drop depending on how high and what surface it was dropped on, though it’s strange it took a year to show any issue.

I would recommend recording a video of the muffled audio then reaching out to our support team. You can provide them with the video where they determine if this is an issue they can resolve or if the speaker is indeed faulty and needs to be replaced.

If you want something replaced, never tell the official manufacturer on their forum that the fault might be yours because you dropped it! 😉
