I have a Sonos Playbase that is no longer connecting to Wifi. It only works when connected via Ethernet cable. I have tried via Sonos S2 and S1 apps but it just doesn't create that temporary network or adjusts to my new network (it was previously wired).

I have heard some previous discussions about the wifi card failing, but not sure if it is my case or if I'm just doing something wrong. Any way to run a diagnostics?

I managed to run the diagnostic (via Ethernet only, for obvius reasons): *************

The problem persists, over Ethernet, it shows on the Sonos app without issues, over wifi, no way of connecting…

Now that you’ve run the diagnostic, you should call Sonos Support directly to discuss it.

When you speak directly to the phone folks, they have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your network and Sonos system.
