Sonos Beam (Gen 2)

I just bought me a Sonos Beam (Gen 2). Attached to my LG tv via HDMI Arc.

When listening to TV everything is fine. But streaming form Netflix, HBO the sound is very hard to control.

When I turn op the volume to listen to the voices, then the Music and sound effects is way to high. Going the other way around, turning volume down for music and sound,  I can’t hear the voices.

I have tried enhanced speak and night mode, but that does not help. It’ s like the sound and music is 3-4 times higher that the voices.

Very annoying especially late at night trying to watch a movie without waking up people sleeping.

Any suggestions? Otherwise I have to turn it back, I can’t live with it as is.

What audio output format is the TV set to use?  This is going to be a problem with your settings, not the equipment.

I have a JVC TV with Arc, I have the Dolby selection to Auto, and surround on, On the TV.                 voice enhanced on, with the app, set my Bass and treble with the app

Seems to be OK, have it hooked up to my Dish and to Amazon stick.
