Currently have an Era 100 on its own and looking to upgrade to a home cinema setup. I’m looking to buy a Sonos Ray and then a Sonos Era 100 SL. Can I use my current Era 100 and the soon to be bought Era 100 SL and pair them together as rears?
Here is the tick tock of what happened.I was gifted a Move 2 a couple of years ago; it worked like a charm. I got ambitous and purchased a second Move 2 and successfully made a stereo pair with the gifted Move 2. Again it worked like a charm. Lately, meaning with the last two weeks, a “phantom” signleton Move 2 has appeared. The Stereo remains in the list of speaker. The prorgam playing on the stereo pair show it playing on the stereo pair and this ‘ghost’ speaker. I did not add or alter my setup; I have the voice assistant turned off.Why is this happening? What is the permanent fix to this problem? Thanks.I have added screen grabs to support and illustrate what is going on. I hope they are not too large.
there’s no power showing on one of my Sonos connect boxes. How can I tell if the unit is in need of replacement, I unplugged it and plugged it back in in the white light on the front is still not showing up
Sonos Arc Ultra – Unable to Check for UpdatesI’m looking for help with a Sonos Arc Ultra that was working normally but now cannot complete a required update.BackgroundArc Ultra and Sub Mini were previously working correctly via HDMI eARC. TV detected the Arc Ultra properly. Trueplay works on individual components of my system. But when I create the home theater set up, I cannot get Trueplay to initiate. I am able to do the first balancing step but the final Trueplay walk around the room step does not begin. Error says unable to perform Trueplay at this time. Try again later.

Hi all/anyoneI have a Roam 2 with a Sonos wireless charger and plug.Unfortunately the lead is too short so I added a 1 metre usb extension lead. All worked well but on one occasion the battery discharged overnight, so I replaced the extension lead with another and all was fine but yesterday the wireless base started flashing red so I took the usb extension out and all it all works, but I cannot put the speaker where it needs to go.I’ve found out from the Sonos bot that I need a cable capable of delivering 5v/2a (10w) of power. Has anyone had any luck with this? Thanks for any help.
Any recent changes to the S1 app? Or are there issues with the new Pixel Pro 10 phone? For nearly 2 years now, I've used the S1 app with older Play:5, Gen 1 speakers in my shop. I've had two of those speakers set up as a stereo pair and it's worked great. Last week, I upgraded my phone from a Samsung Galaxy S21 to a Google Pixel Pro 10. The transfer process pulled/installed the apps that I had on the older phone onto the new phone. Not sure if they are the same version of the app software or not.The S2 system works just fine (once I logged back in) and all the units in the house are working as before. But the Play:5s on the S1 are not. I've uninstalled & reinstalled, factory reset the speakers and re-added them, both in the shop and also tried it inside the house. I've successfully gotten 1 of them to work when plugged into my router, but it'll die a few minutes after removing the Ethernet cable. And when I try to add the 2nd speaker, the first one dies. I've rebooted compon
I like that the dialog is very easy to hear without having to turn on any dialog adjustments. The problem is I barely hear the left and right channel audio. Background music is barely audible. I’ve tried it with both Trueplay turned on and off and there isn’t much improvement. I know the left/right channels are working because I hear music. Anyone else have this problem?

This concerns a problem I have using S1 on my Imac desktop only.; no problem when using it on my Iphone or Ipad. On the Imac I am unable to perform the basic function of searching within Amazon Music (searching within any specific field: Artist, Album, etc.) in order to then “drill down” further “.o specific searched-for items and add them to my queue. Having chosen Amazon Music under “Select a Music Source” I end up with the screen in the attached photo. The “Search” functions within this screen seem to point only to Artists, Songs, Albums etc. that I have previously accessed (on previous S1 outings), but to come up empty for my current search “argument”. Any advice much appreciated!
I am running the latest Sonos firmware 17.2.3 (build 90077070) with several Sonos One’s and a Sonos Move. My controller(s) Macbook Pro M5 Max (MacOS Tahoe) and iPhone 17 Pro (iOS 26.5) -- iOS Sonos is also up to date. After a recent update to Sonos, I have again experienced speaker sound sync issues. I have not changed anything in my setup or configuration. I have one Sonos One hard-wired that was intended to overcome prior similar issues. These speakers are all within less than 25 ft proximity to my Netgear Orbi RBR850.So my question is has anyone noticed this degradation since recent Sonos controller updates? I recall this being a long-term Sonos issue.
I burned a new album to my music library. I played it several times on that day. The next day, I went to play it from my Windows Sonos app. The app said it had updates. I applied them. With the same playlist on the same speakers as the day before, I went to replay the album. It failed withCouldn’t play <music library file>.flac. Try again.I rescanned my music library. That did not help. I tried again and again. That did not help. I waited for a couple of hours and I could start to play the album. I stopped midway through the first song.Today (two days later) I retried playing that same album on different speakers. I get the same error. I tried other speakers, even the original ones, and I still get the same error again and again. The only thing that has changed in my system was the Sonos update. Did Sonos break my music library again? Apparently so.Am I the only one?update:I tried replaying the two prior albums from my recently played history. They started to play fine. I then trie
Does anyone know where or how I can purchase the original Sonos Ace travel cases? I think they’re beautiful and high-quality; it’s a shame that, since I’ve been moving around a lot, I lost mine. I’ve tried looking for original options, but they’re not available on the official Sonos website.I admit it was my mistake, but I’d like to buy an original one. Thanks.
Is Sonos resolving this support problem?
How can I get this speaker to work?Moderator edit: Picture with serial number removed

I want to install 4 satellite sonance SGS Speakers and 1 sonance SGS subwoofer. I also want to listen to music via the Sonos amp for this zone. Can I use one Sonos amp or do I need the Sonance amp and also a Sonos port.
I’m moving to a new home and I have a Sonos system in my current house with built-in speakers. Should I take these components with me to my new house where I will have standalone speakers not built-in speakers?
Hello everyone. Apple music does not play. Gives me the song title and the album cover but then says the connection was lost. Does it 3 or 4 times then drops. All the other services (pandora, audacy, iheart) work just fine. Does anybody have the same issue? Thanks.
TV audio will connect to my beam and sub only when i first turn the tv. The amp will connect only after I turn the TV off and turn back on the second time.
Hi - we have a new arc ultra. It says it is connected to our new Samsung TV. Xfinity is our provider. We can watch TV and get sound from the TV sound. When we change the TV sound settings to the arc ultra we get no sound. Everything appears to be connected properly. Why is there no sound from the arc ultra? Thanks!
I use a Sonos One stereo pair in the bedroom and frequently use Sleep Timer. After recent updates, when Sleep Timer finishes and playback fades out to zero, both speakers show a solid green LED during the night.Important behavior:If I manually pause playback → no green LED appearsIf Sleep Timer ends playback → green LEDs appearSpeakers remain fully online and functionalNo need to restart or reset devicesThis did not happen previously and seems like a change in behavior after recent Sonos app/firmware updates.Since this occurs in a bedroom use case, the LEDs are disruptive at night.I suspect Sleep Timer end-state is now treated as mute/idle, triggering the green LED.Can this behavior be confirmed or reviewed?
My 5 Sonos speakers all play music from my network share except my new Sonos Play.My new speaker will play music from Spotify without problems. Any ideas, regards Adam
