Hi, everyone,On the app you can adjust the vertical audio of your Arc Ultra, I had always set it to +10 but I don't have rear surrounds on the Era 300's. I just have the Arc Ultra, so I set the vertical audio back to 0 because I found it too noisy in the “Silo” series on Apple TV+. What setting do you recommend? Thanks for advance Actarus
All the album photos in my Sonos Music Library are the same.In the music folder on my pc that is shared with my Sonos Music library on both S1 and S2 apps, there are JPG files for 15 of my 21 albums. But all 21 albums show cover art for an album photo that there is no jpg file for in the shared music folder. Possibly it was there at one time but the album and its related files were deleted. Where is my Music Library getting this photo? Were is it stored? WHAT FIELD IN WHAT FILE INDICATES WHAT PHOTO TO USE AS THE ALBUM COVER?Why are the Albums that have jpg files not showing the correct album art?Is there a way to make the Sonos Music Library show the correct album cover by editing one of the files in the shared music folder on my Windows PC? Edit:I tried to give as much relevant information as I could, but if you need more info, just ask. It seems an understanding of where the Sonos Music Library gets the photo for its cover art is required and how the files in the shared folder

I have a multi room system which has been playing up since the Sonos app was updated and I am still unable to fix the issue. I emailed the Sonos CEO months ago without a response and have tried hours in the phone to Sonos help without success. I’m pretty frustrated. I have a Sonance amp with six speakers wired into the sockets at the back of the amp. I use these speakers for my TV and music, all controlled through the app. My TV and amp are using the same WiFi. My TV is unable to link to the wired speakers so sound only plays out if my TVrather than through the ceiling speakers. I’ve tried factory reset of the amp which doesn’t help. When trying to link TV to speakers via TV settings, the CEC isn’t working. Anyone know how to fix this?
I bought a Sonos Port that arrived yesterday (Feb 25), after a bit of messing around I managed to get it working with the remainder of my system (Kitchen Beam, Lounge Beam + 2xEra100 + Mini Sub) and hooked up to my Yamaha Rx-A670 Receiver (& Monitor Audio Speakers) so I can successfully stream music from Sonos App and Apple Music on my iPhone/iPads and multi room across the 3 zones. However the main reason I bought the Port was to hook up to my Pro-Ject RPM 1 Genie Turntable (through a Pro-Ject Phono Box II) such that I can stream my vinyl to the Kitchen and/or Lounge Sonos speakers. This simply is not working, I can neither broadcast through port (haven’t even got to working out how to do that) or pass through the port to my Yamaha Amp. I have spent 4 hours on Sonos Chat and two 0800 calls so far (both of which were cut off by the agent without resolving) I have sent diagnostics and I’ve swapped all the cables out, strangely the exact same cables work absolutely fine when I plug st
Hi,I recently purchased an arc ultra, sub mini, and two era 300s. My couch is set against the wall and I cannot bring it forward due to area constraints. I have placed my era 300s on the sides about 6-10 inches behind where my ears would be, approximately 10ft apart from one another. Everything sounds fine but for the upwards firing speakers. I have a slanted ceiling which has a closer proximity to the left era 300 (say 8 ft high) and is higher up from the right era 300 (10 ft high). I am wondering if the trueplay actually takes into account the incorrect reflection of the upwards firing speakers which would not bounce directly down, rather, at an angle due to the slope. To give some background, I have tasted through dolby atmos test tracks and I cannot hear the heigh channel as depicted, it sounds as though it is coming from the top of the speaker and not from above. Seeing the posts about inverted mounting and trueplay being supported in the inverted position. Would I benefit by mou

Very recently bought an ERA 300. Signed up to YouTube music. Added the YT music app to Sonos. All was well until a few days ago. Then some YT music content became ‘greyed out’. Today no music available through YT music. Removed YT music from the Sonos app. Can’t re-add it via Add to Sonos through ‘Manage’. I’ve reinstalled the Sonos app on my mobile. Rebooted the mobile, wi-fi. Just keep getting Something went wrong. All help appreciated, please!
Hi, I recently replaced my One SL rears with era 300 and when using xbox series x in games, no sound comes from the rear era 300s. Is this a bug? I can confirm audio testing setup through the xbox audio setup provides sound, as does the dolby atmos app, but when I play games they have no sound. Setup is arc soundbar, a pair of era 300 rear, eARC enabled on hdmi 2.1, tv is a new Samsung s90d with earc enabled. Pass-through enabled on xbox (same issue though when not enabled as I recall pass-through is only for apps anyway, and not games). Sonos app shows audio source as Dolby Atmos on the room screen. Xbox, sonos, and tv firmware all up to date via autocheck. Had no issues with the One SLs when they were used to produce rear sound. Any help?
I have a sonos beam 2. How i control the audio with my mobile phone without open the app?
Hi, I have a remote coupled to my Playbase but I want to change that to the remote from my Apple TV. How do I remove the current remote a link the Apple TV remote?
Hi all,More issues with my Arc Ultra that I find very odd considering I never had this issue with the original Arc.The issue: Whenever I stream TV content from the Arc Ultra to other speakers in my house, that audio breaks up pretty consistently on the grouped speakers. I thought this was specific to my Apple TV 4K audio, but when I tested using the built-in apps on my LG OLED C1 TV, the same issue happens. However, when I stream audio from the Sonos App or using Apple Airplay, everything sounds and works fine. Could this possibly be due to an issue with the Arc Ultra?
How to connect my Samsung QN75Q900 TV, Dish Hooper, and Arc Ultra/On the QN75Q900 TV box the eARC port is an “In” not an “Out” which I believe would allow me to connect to the ARC Ultra soundbar. The Dish Hooper box only has HDMI which use as an output to connect to the QN75Q900 and there is an Optical (Digital Audio Out)
Hello community,Since the famous last update, I’m struggling with sudden stream interruptions. I’ve looked around on the web and found there is a command which shows and enables the user to select the region for the WiFi settings (see below). When I use this command on my speakers it shows that the region is set to USA (what a surprise …). I can select EU but a password is required; I tried the password for the system account without any success.http://aa.bb.cc.dd:1400/region.htm (region selection for Wi-Fi)I have a couple of questions:Why the WiFi region is not defined to EU in my case since we have to allow localization when you add new speakers? Does the selection of the region ultimately matter? Does anyone know the password to change the region?
I got the Sonos Line-In, USB-C to 3.5mm adapter. I wanted to use it as a normal adapter with my other audio equipment, as my phone lacks a 3.5mm port. Is it not supported (which would be kinda annoying), or is it a fault on my end?The Line-In would be used with an RCA (pluged in to the speaker) to AUX cable. Where it would act as a 3.5mm port, as I only have USB-C input to my phone. Thanks
I’m posting here out of sheer frustration with the current state of my Sonos system. Lately, every time I adjust the volume or change tracks via the Sonos app, there’s a noticeable delay – sometimes as long as 3-5 seconds! This might not sound like a huge issue on paper, but in practice, it makes the system feel completely unresponsive and, honestly, unusable. When I’m trying to enjoy music, a delay in volume control is a dealbreaker. Imagine turning the music down for a conversation, only to have it stay loud for several more seconds – it’s incredibly disruptive. And don’t get me started on the delays when changing songs. This kind of lag ruins what should be a seamless experience.I’ve tried all the typical troubleshooting steps – rebooting the system, checking for software updates, and even reinstalling the app. The issue persists, and it seems worse than ever. I’ve been a loyal Sonos customer for years, but this is seriously testing my patience. For a system that markets itself as be
Dear all,I bought myself a sonos Ray to connect it to my Xgimi mogo 2 pro beamer. The beamer only has a HDMI output but i assumed i could use the sonos optical audio adapter to convert the HDMI signal to the optical port of the Sonos Ray. It doesn’t work. Could there be another solution for this problem? is there a way to convert the HDMI audio signal to optical so i can use the Ray? Thank you!
Hi all , I have a One SL and the power lead is about a foot too short to reach the plug socket !! Is it possible to cut the power cable and put a piece of twin core cable in ??? Long story short I had new flooring put down, I asked the fitter to make sure I could get the cable out but they put the cable under the door frame so I can't get the cable from under it because it's blocked by the flooring, luckily cable isn't trapped , think I've read that @Airgetlam has done this ? Might be wrong though ? Thanks

Songs in a Spotify library sometimes have different volume levels. Can Sonos somehow correct this difference in volume levels while playing a list ?
I have tried everything to alter the outcome of the skips and/or audio drop outs but to no avail. I have changed the tv, the hdmi cables, checked connections, resets, etc. This Beam Gen 2 has this random issue where it drops the sound for a fraction of a second, like a skipping record, and then won’t do it again for random intervals. Sometimes it does it every 5-10 minutes and other times it won’t do it for an hour or 2. It’s so random, so obnoxious. The skips happen at random times that aren’t pushing the system or what have you. The volume level makes no difference nor does the material being watched have any effect. It doesn’t ever seem to do it with music streaming that I can think of so that was useful in the process of elimination. But that’s about it as far as narrowing it down. As I said, I didn’t just change out the hdmi cables (which I did 5 times now, I even went out and bought some “special” ones because I was told by a sound guy that was the issue). Nope, I didn’t stop ther
