Hi, 

I have a remote coupled to my Playbase but I want to change that to the remote from my Apple TV. How do I remove the current remote a link the Apple TV remote? 

Try this:

On the Apple TV settings, go to Remotes and Devices > Volume Control. Change this setting from Auto to Control TV via IR. Then run the Remote Control Setup under the Playbase’s settings in the Sonos app.

After changing the Apple remote to IR mode you may need to reboot the remote to get the setting to “set”.
