Status Page Does Not Work With Pandora

Please improve the checking of the Pandora service. Twice in as many weeks the Pandora service has gone down and your site does not reflect this:

Hi @zorvek,

 

The Sonos Status page will reflect outages and maintenance periods that affect playback on Sonos. The Pandora maintenance you showed here appears to only affect their website and login portions, that message even says “You can continue listening to music...”. If you’re experiencing issues with playback, please let us know.

In both cases Sonos refused to play any Pandora station.

The Pandora error was the same two weeks ago when I first reported the issue.

I spoke with a support representative during both outages and they were able to confirm that the Pandora service was not available through the Sonos system even though the Sonos status page showed the service operational.

The service is back online now.
