Good morning, I would like to use trueplay to optimize listening in my room, I having an Arc soundbar, two Era100 and a Sub mini available.

Not having an iPhone but an Android smartphone, if I understand correctly I can't do it.

However, I have a MacBook air, is it possible in some way to use a MacBook air to be able to use trueplay and optimize listening in my room?

 Thank you all.

Not that I’m aware of. Running a TruePlay session has always required an iOS (mobile) device. Likely due to the hardware (microphone) required. I don’t think Sonos has ever bothered to check/test/setup the ability on a laptop device.
