sonos radio - eligible products

I'm trying to sign up for sonos radio hd but I get an error saying I don't have an eligible product attached to my account. I have a bunch of ERA 100s. Are these not eligible? If not, what is?

Thanks for the tip. Contacted Sonos support and their simple answer is that Sonos HD isn't available in Australia yet.

I had no idea about that given the error didn't indicate my region was the issue.

Appreciate your input! At least I know it's not some account glitch :)

Did you look at your Sonos account to confirm your Sonos are registered?

Any chance you are using different account information at sales and setup?

Thanks, just checked that. The email address in the app and on the website match. I can also see all the ERA 100s are registered to my account on the website too.

That certainly seems odd. I would think any account that has a speaker associated with it should be eligible. 

I would probably call Sonos Support directly to discuss it. And then post the resolution here, as I think we are all interested as to why your account is in this odd state…
