Hi, I’m writing to you from Poland. I have a problem with my Sonos Move 1 speaker. I’ve recently changed home router for a new one and now I cannot connect the speaker. I’ve tried many different things, suggested on sonos website. I even contacted the customer service and chatted with one guy, but he was unable to help me, suggesting that these thing needs further investigation and I should call their help line. Before I do, which is pricy, I want to ask you for help.
While trying to connect the speaker I’ve restarted the app, the speaker itself and it still doesn’t work.
I’m sending you a screen recording of me, trying to somehow reconnect Sonos, helplessly failing to do so. Maybe you will be able to help me or see a mistake I do.
