LOST TV AS A SOURCE

Haven’t used my extra Sonos one speaker in a while and now find that I no longer have TV as a source on my app? What gives? This new app really stinks!

I’ve just added a screen-capture from my iPhone to my post above to try to assist you - just click back to goto your Home Page, as shown …and scroll to the ‘Your Sources’ section and ensure your Home Theatre room is at the top of the ‘room selector’. If you’re still struggling, then perhaps see the Sonos App user guide here to see if that might assist you further:

Do you mean in the ‘Your Sources’ area on the Home Page of the App as shown here…

Surprisingly I don’t have any of this on my iPhone app. This is all I show on my phone.

Yep, I have the exact same App - I’ve just added a few more services. You are not showing the Home Page in your uploaded screenshots either.

No need to reinstall anything here - i would not do that - you just need to step back in the App to get to the Home Page. See the App user guide too.

Ken, my apologies and thanks so much for trying to help. I’ve watched your attachment over and over and am stuck on where you finally get to the home page. I’m not able to click the back arrow to the home page so if I’m missing a step let me know. I get to the account tab and I see where you click back to “home.” Mine does not click back to home. It goes to ”Your System” and there is not an option to click back any further that’s where it ends. I cannot get back to a homepage. If you can shed some light on this great. If not I understand. Thx again!

Anytime you want to get back to the Home Screen touch the Sonos word on top of any screen.
